Meds Courier

Very poor service. My parcel was returned, my money wasted because they told me - apparently EU does not accept courier from outside. They use third party shipping such as DHL and deny all the responsibility of the medicines.
Do not use this service if you want your medicines to get delivered properly. They mislead and brush off all the responsibility.

I generally don't write reviews. But meds courier did a fantastic job which I want to announce.
I wanted to ship some medicine to France, Paris to my sister. I was looking for courier service. I found this service. They delivered the medicine package in 8 days. There was no custom hassle. Great service.

Customer service is too bad. They will switch and bait to make you place booking with them. But, they will not deliver all the medicines in one shipment. Some items will be missed and the worst of all, they will always ignore your calls

The service provided by Medscourier is excellent and praiseworthy. Their commitment is perfectly ok. They handled the package with extreme care and delivered the same to the addresse before stipulated time. I hope for a bright future of this courier.

Beware of UBT Express/ Pro and MedCourier. They pay for fake reviews to scam people.

I was initially quoted 7,105 for my package but I had to pay them 12,500 for 1.5kg to the USA. Their agent, Sahil and Deepak, said it would require 2 -3 packages to ship my medicines through customs. I paid them because they seemed like a legitimate and reputable business from their website.

Unfortunately, they are dishonest and provide FALSE promises/guarantees. They scammed me because they only shipped 1 package and then it got stuck at customs due to improper paperwork.

They gave more false assurances and after 4 weeks, I asked them to return my package and refund my money. Once I asked for that, they stopped responding to my call and messages. Furthermore, their website shows they have a "Quality Manager". This is not true and they both work together to scam people.

Please avoid this company and expose them if you also have a bad experience. I hope they do not make more money by scamming more people. Check out honest feedback by searching: India consumer complaints UbtPro.
