My sons Christmas present never ran... Could not get any help from customer service. They don't stand behind their bikes! They take your money and give you crap! Spend the extra money and save a lot of stress skip this web site. I really wish I did.
I was a little reluctant at first in purchasing this ATv because of the brand name. After much research I decided it would be ok for my 9 yr old. He loves it! Was happy with delivery and assembly. Not sure about long term use yet but have been told that if you change fluids regularly and take care of it it will be good to you.
I had a really good experience with mega motor madness! The customer service team was very helpful whenever I called or emailed them, they made sure to answer all of my questions. They made me aware of all the things that needed to be done to the unit as well as the inspection. I truly believe if people listen to the reps, maybe there experience would have been better. I can admit the quality isn't the greatest but the price reflects what you get! Like the saying "You get what you pay for". I did receive my scooter with slight damage to the seat and Matt sent me a new one! Awesome staff, decent product. I even asked them about all the negative reviews I've read and they assured me that they are new staff and want to make sure all their customers have a great experiences.
This company is much slower than they claim. Not inly that, plan on waiting a week before being able to register your order. Shipping takes 10 days not 5-7. MOS sheet hasn't even been shipped yet and I've had the scooter for two days now. They tried to get me to pay for expedited shipping after it taking them more than 10 days to send it out. If you want a bike in less than 2 months, find another company.
I came across this website towards the beginning of December while looking to purchase a dirt bike for Christmas for our Grandson. We researched other sites that carried a similar product. But after looking at their customer reviews on google & yelp, we decided to go with Motor Madness. Unlike the other websites we called, Mega Motor Madness was always there to answer the phone, answer and ALL of our questions. I think we called maybe 5 times just to make sure we were 100% confident that this would be our grandson's main present for Christmas. They explained the whole process which was easier and quicker than I had thought. We've used our little dirt bike for over a month and they absolutely love it. I will be definitely Recommend Mega Motor Madness to my friends and neighbors.
I've been pleased with this company from day one. Order your bike from here. I'm in Maryland and my bike arrived 7 days after placing my order. Someone is available to talk to every time I call. Will definitely do business with them for all my affordable powersports needs
Customer service does not get back to you. Battery dies instantly. I contacted them over a week ago and never heard back from them. I purchased another bike from power sports max and these guys were great. We had a missing fender and power sports sent it out right away with extra body parts

Don; t buy from this company. The scooter we were shipped arrived broken. They will not exchange or refund. They offer to replace the broken part but after two attempts where they shipped incorrect parts we have discovered they can't even source the correct part!
We are now trying ourselves to find a replacement ignition for this Chinese bike - so far we have had no success. Oh and it is a Chinese company so nothing we can do, once they have your money and the bike is shipped they wash their hands. Three months after our purchase the bike site in garage broken and useless. I was told over the phone they never give refunds or exchanges as they deem bikes repairable (in the small print) but without the right parts they are not!

They don't answer the phone can't cancel order without a ten percent fee. Sounds like I'm only gonna get 85 % of the wheeler and they also charged me shipping on the order. I'm calling EBay so they can disassociate with this pitiful company

I am happy with my ice bear moped 50 cc. It did arrive in a timely manner. It has a few body scratches as well as damaged windshield and a faulty seat. The customer service Dept. was always in contact with my emails. They sent a new seat and windshield with no charge. Gave me a refund on the minor body scratches. I would recommend them. Can't say enough of their professionalism and courtesy. I give them a 4.5 stars.
If you want a good reliable product for about a week this is the place to buy. I bought my dirt bike and four wheeler from this company worked for about a week. Then everything started to fall apart. The parts department takes like 2 weeks to ship everything and then if you do the work yourself it voids the warranty and they blame it not working on you. I have a four wheeler that worked for a day $750 gone down the drain! My dirt bike barely runs. Make the investment and buy a used Honda, Kawasaki or Yamaha before investing in this nightmare.

You are covered under the parts warranty and will send out any parts you need after you speak with our parts department. STAY AWAY! I've been purchasing items from the internet for years, but for the first time feel scamed. This so called company offers the worst customer service I have ever witnessed and their employees are disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
I ordered just a helmet from this company. After 4 WEEKS I still hadn't gotten it so I called and asked what was going on. I hadn't received a phone call or e-mail or refund or anything. I work in customer service so I understand that things happen, stuff goes wrong, etc. The guy said the helmet had been returned to them because the box was damaged and he was going to send another one out that day, he was so sorry. He said I would get it in a week or less. I called back again 2 WEEKS later asking where it was and the girl on the phone said nothing had been sent out because they can't send a replacement until they receive the original, which has been at the post office for the entire time. This company doesn't care about its customers at all, and frankly would have kept my money and never given me a product. Essentially that's stealing my money. I asked for a full refund, we'll see how many weeks that takes to process. Seriously, stay away from this company.

I was one of the many who purchased a scooter from MMM. I have had nothing but trouble with the scooter, and to get parts which are covered under warranty, well forget it. It's a song and a dance and you won't get your parts. I'm sorry I purchased my scooter from here but they had the style of scooter I was looking for. There are days which I thought about having a scooter would bring me such joy and convenience, but not dealing with this company or owning this scooter. It hurts to say I was not only mislead, but cheated out of something so simple as having a nice scooter to enjoy riding... I will write as many reports on the internet in hopes I help steer someone away from the unfortunate dealings I have had with this company.

I have been waiting for a title on my moped since December of 2020, It is now going into February and after countless emails still nothing. All i keep hearing is our title department is working on it, we will send our title department a message today and still nothing has happened. Im getting pretty frustrated because i cannot get a plate for my moped without it. Wish they would pull thier head out of thier rears and take care of this a. S.a. P

I purchased a 60cc bike for my grandson.
The bike arrived a week late from what was originally established.
I paid extra for assembly and inspection.
We've had the bike 30 days and it's broken down twice.
The sprocket came flying off in the first two weeks bringing the bike to a skidding halt while my grandson was riding.
Dangerous.
Two weeks later weak spark and the bike won't start.
The seller won't return my calls and all I get is lip service with no action through email.
No reputable brand name mechanics will work on the bike so I'm on my own.
This product is garbage I don't recommend buying it.

It was easy getting parts when David was there until they replaced him with Sarah. She is ridiculously slow at getting your parts. He'd get in touch with them while u was on the phone. Only she wants to do is e-mail e-mail e-mail. If David was still there I would have gave it a 5 star

Not happy at all. Got motorcycle in box. Built it myself (the parts that needed to be built) but gas tank lock was broken upon receipt. I would have to take the whole seat apart myself to fix. I called and spoke to a guy who did try to be helpful, send a video that I didn't understand and when I called to complain that they should handle something that was broken they told me that I accepted the fact that I would have to fix defects if there were any. They would pay for parts but I had to get it fixed. Ended up having to pay $150 for a local shop to come pick it up and fix it. They had given me the name of their local dealer but after three tries at contacting them with never a call back I gave up. Better to pay a few extra dollars and buy locally so you don't have a problem.
I bought an atv for my son in august, I paid for 125cc received 119cc, it showed up with scratches and a cracked panel. The wheels wouldn't take any air because all the valve stems are bad. The atv would not stay running. I've emailed the company hundreds of times and first they want me to contact the service department for parts, which I did however after replying the first time they have stop responding. I now have an item that my son cannot use which I paid $1438 for. This company is absolutely terrible don't buy from them. I will be taking legal actions
This company goes through another company called Icebear motorsports, these 2 companies are incompetent af! Order was delayed after paying for rush, then came badly assembled with a broken throttle twist grip, after paying for assembly, and testing. They still haven't gotten back to me for help with replacement parts! Stay away from this company! Go for FAMILYGOKARTS, or someone else, ANYONE ELSE! So much for my happy birthday present :(

I have to confess, my first purchase from them went great and was an Apollo 125 RFX dirt bike for my granddaughter. The guy I talked gave me a little extra discount based on my disabled veteran status and fixed income. Because this first transaction went so well, a couple months later I tried buying two Apollo 250RX dirt bikes from them but because of the insanely dense lady I got on the phone this time, after 15 minutes of nonsense, I hung up and made my purchase from another vendor.

When placing my order all was great when it took two weeks to get here we were frustrated as it was roadrunner trucking who did not move for the first week. It has now been a week no one answers the phone we have to wait for them to call us back I am waiting for replacement parts as roadrunner stacked creates that clearly had big red signs that said do not stack, as you could clearly see through the plastic wrapped create frames that it was moped's inside. I had been told not to refuse the shipment as I would loose 10% plus what we paid for assembly and restocking fee and all the nuts had to be tightened they said were loosened in shipping. Always after noon their time before I get a call back. I was told that all my damaged parts should be there, a week later I have heard nothing. Who is responsible for the damage as that is the first question for roadrunner was, did they tell you to call us? We are still trying to get parts and labor fees to have my moped fixed. If they had been preassembled and tested I don't believe bolts loosen that much and that my husband's was sat on top as his had oil in the carburetor. Not worth preassembled fee as all had to be tightened, thank goodness he noticed what was going on before one of us got hurt. Will write an update when I get satisfaction

Did you note on the delivery slip that the product was refused due to shipping damage? We DO NOT charge you anything if you refuse a delivery due to shipping damage.
