This company is not black owned. Hey black entrepreneurs, might be a great start up business. Company out of china with a Delaware address. They even use black names to correspond through emails. That's why you can't talk to anyone.

I have been waiting over a month for 2 sweatshirts. I have received emails from the company with a tracking number that says my items have been in New York City for a few weeks. I filed a dispute with PayPal because these shirts cost $138.00. It's a sham that people will scam you when you offer your support. Never again will I order from a site that's advertised on social media.

I placed my order in March for Mother's Day. My order never came. They are still giving me the run around and no refund. I got an update from Fedex saying they haven't received any shipping information since the label was created so my shipping label and tracking number has expired due to it being over 30 days. This is ridiculous, and I'm upset because that's $80 that I can't get back. Not to mention I've had to buy 2 new gifts after being scammed out of my $80. If you have any common sense you'd listen to these reviews and not purchase from these SCAM ARTISTS!

Nothing about this company is authentic. Chinese exploitation of black culture at its worst. Shameful does not even begin to describe it. Go to webuyblack.com next time you want to support REAL black owned businesses.

If I can give a negative star I would. I ordered a shirt from this company an have yet to. Receive a valid update on my purchase. There is no telephone number to speak to anyone about my purchase. I do not recommend anyone order anything from this organization. I'm in the process of trying to get my refund back. My order continues to change with information received. I just want my money back.

I'm completely disappointed I ordered from what I thought was a black owned company, I saw the were located in California, everything looks great on the website to find out that my items are being shipped from China. They are frauds

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing with this company, In fact I purchased a t-shirt before and was pleased so maybe this company is different. I question whether or not they are black owned given their products are made to order in China and took a month to be delivered. The dresses I received look nothing like the picture and do not match the description. They look cheap and are not made of cotton. Of course they cover their asses by telling you to make sure of the color and size before ordering because you can't return. Now I'm stuck with two dresses I will never wear.

After 3 wks, an email said my ordered jigsaw puzzle had shipped. I tracked my order " in process" for two weeks. Always " in process" until one day when they tried "no order found.". It was never delivered. And I have no proof of purchase.

What is advertised and what you are expecting will not be fulfilled. Please don't waste your time and money as I did. It was advertised on Facebook and I usually am pretty thorough on researching the validity of unfamiliar websites, but the idea of supporting a black business overridded. I ordered my mother a mother's day gift in March and still haven't received it.

I ordered the Huey hoodies for me and my sons 3 weeks ago, it takes a little bit long but it's worth the waiting. We love the hoodies so so much. My son wears it all the time and he received nothing else but compliments. The fabric is SOOOOOO soft and we really like it. The company's service was so nice and helpful; they solve things through emails quite quick. Highly recommended!

They advertise on facebook. That should have been a red flag. I have only found one reputable company advertised on facebook. I ordered a dress. It took a month to be delivered and it was shipped directly from China. I tracked it. The material was cheap and it was not as advertised. Wasted money. Do not order anything from them. The first pic is advertised. The second pic is what was received. The dress is see through.

Forgot to leave the picture! I like the piece of apparel. I like the inventions displayed all over the garment. This is more of a light pullover. That said, I believe in supporting Black businesses so I have recommended your business to friends.

Why are you taking advantage of Black customers with your inferior, over priced products? IF in fact you are a Black owned company, SHAME ON YOU! ALL of the items I received from Melaninful.net, in pieces and in slow delivery, were cheap looking and cost too much. In exchange for a $85 wall hanging, blanket or beach mat misrepresented and sold as a rug, I was offered not a refund but a $10 t-shirt as a means toward customer satisfaction. How absurd it that? If you are a potential shopper, one word, DON'T! They claim to be in Detroit but their website lists no phone number nor address and communication is via an email personality only who goes by the name "Tashard". Find a Black owned company respectful of the Black community, our pride and our dollar! This one seems to be playing on those very emotions. And/or expectations. VERY Disappointed and Dissatisfied. NOT Recommended! Let PayPal or whoever is your source of payment of your displeasure with this company.

I order what I thought was my size. When the shirt arrived, I was disappointed with quality and fit. The press on image on the front of the shirt was of cheap quality. The advertised product is completely different from the actual product. False advertising

Ordered an XL women's hoodie. I'm 5'8 small breasted 150 lbs. this XL was for a little girl! Tried to exchange and they said just to give to someone smaller as a gift! Who are your customers? We are not small girls! We are women! Fix your sizes or at least let us exchange!

This website is a scam website. Their address in USA is a fake. It's the same address being used by the parent company for another brand called Lit Activewear. Both Chinese drop shipping websites selling horrible quality products. I'm very disappointed that these people have the nerves to create and fake a black-owned business and then profit off the movement and the black community. It's so messed up to the point where no one should support this type of shadiness. Stay away!

This company like soooo many others are using this pandemic to scam. They are based in China. They are frauding the African American community having you believe you're buying black owned when that's a lie. Straight outta China should be what it's called. My issue is the exact same as others. Been over a month. No item. They've only created a invalid tracking number and is still waiting to be given to carrier. This is a scam. Unfortunately this is so common right now. I've had to dispute 6 companies during this pandemic with the same BS.

Yes, I said it! I ordered two bed sets for my son's and I didn't get the second set! I tried contact them by their email address and I get a run around and I even sent my phone number to them so they could call me directly and we could straighten things out, no connection! I done clothing sites before and never had a problem with them until Now! All I want is my second bed set and I won't get anything else from this company again! I sent $200.00 with this company! So unacceptable behavior from a company!

I ordered extra large I received small email company to notify them of the mistake they emailed me back that I should give them away as gifts they do not do refunds. They are a total rip-off I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Just bought some hoodies and joggers from July, find out they are good company which provide good products with great quality. I saw very much complaints about this business, though i saw your problem but i can not beleive. In my opinion, you guys may be not careful or too impatient for them to deliver the products. I ordered these gifts on December 7th 2021 for my son exactly a month ago the company kept me well informed on to win my package would arrive even on purchase they informed me and let me know that it would take a little longer to receive than expect it the company was always in contact with me with updates very professional overall great company great experience. When my son was very pleased with the clothing design and materials. I like to say thank you to the company and the experience. We will be ordering again..
