The shipping stinks, the quality stinks and to top it off, they DO NOT give REFUNDS. Keep your money or give it to charity because you will get junk and you will regret ordering anything from them or any other FB sites. They are out to get your money.

I have been tracking my order since i received the actual tracking number, as of wednesday 04/29/2020@ 6:20pm CST my package had arrived in Los Angeles airport, well on 04/30/2020 their system (melaninful.com) was not only showing that my tracking number is not valid but AWAITING TO BE PICKED UP! From that moment forward i have sent numerous emails requesting my FULL refund be returned to my account and i also sent an email from my paypal account requesting the same. I have yet to receive a response from this company and today is 05/02/2020. LEGALLY they (melaninful.com) is liable for their company's system as well as their company's actions when the Customer IS NOT at fault!

I ordered from their website but it's been more than a month. There is not even a contact number. They claim to be based in USA but the address on their website is an address of a shipping company and nothing more. They are clearly scamming black people for money. I even heard that they are not even black owned, how disgusting is that!

Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Their response emails are written in broken English.

Response Time is slow. Bad system for sending out orders. Scamming customers through service terms..

Bought 2 hoodies and satisfied with the quality and the designs. They are the same as the advertise and take about two weeks for delivering. I love this page and would come back for more.

It took 6 weeks for my order to get here, but it was worth the wait. When I read the reviews I thought I got scammed. I was wrong and love my the two sweatshirts. Thank you!

I placed an order the beginning of July. I waited 3 weeks no item. When I received the package it wasn't what I ordered. I sent an email and was told I can't return it. Because all item are custom made. By the way the retun address is in Texas and the name was John Doe. They are actually in Vietnam. DO NOT ORDER ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have purchased four Hoodie and Jogger sets, and the Pan African Ankh set is my favorite. When I first bought the Hoodie there was no Pan African Ankh Joggers available. I sent a request and low and behold the Joggers soon appeared as an available item! Because of previous experiences buying clothes from outside of the United States, finding out that there are different scales of sizes internationally, I initially ordered the largest Hoodie, which actually tuned out to be too big. Upon receiving a 25% discount I purchased a 3XL Hoodie and I sent the 5XL to one of my best friends back home in Washington D.C. I'm sure he's gonna love it and I'm gonna tell him about Melaninful. More than likely he'll buy more items for himself! Oh, one more thing, I absolutely love that most of the Hoodies are available with a front zipper, just wish that the Jackson 5ive Hoodie had that option.

Don't order from this company. Won't repond to customers. No phone numbers. No email address. Horrible! I've tried for over a month to reach this company. No response. Keep your money!

I ordered a tshirt for my girlfriend from here My thoughts on the experience:
- The shirt came after a month and some change
- I did not receive a tracking code until towards the end of that time frame, and it was not that informative, nor was the anticipated date of delivery accurate (delivery provider was DHL)
- We did get the tshirt, and it was as shown! The material is top notch and we both loved it so much, that I ordered the same design in cropped hoodie form just now

NOTE: Although they sell themselves as a black owned company from Detroit, I HIGHLY doubt this, as when I ordered via PayPal, I received a notification saying that an order just went through for company "ACTIO PTE. LTD.".

I order a hoodie and a mug they only sent the mug its been a month so I ask for a refund for the hoodie and they want give it to me I have proof showing i only got half my order but they trying to say its the postal service fault the hoodie cost 50 something dollars I was trying to support a black own company but they stank $#*! rip me off so I'm out of money and no hoodie. And I order other stuff from now I'm afraid I want recieve anything so I'm about to report them to the government to let them how peoe are being rip off I have proof saying only half the order was delivered.

I am very happy with my order. Nice designs, good quality. Delivery took quite long but I received the products anyway and they're awesome.

If you are expecting real wax fabric then look elsewhere. I have been to the motherland and I have real wax fabric dresses, shirts, skirts and pants made for me by an African tailor. I was expecting real wax fabric. My fault for assuming. This is just that stretchy polyester material with a wax Ankara fabric print. The sewing is done well but I would not buy it again for that price it is being sold. This is something I would buy for $10 at Ross Dress for Less. Also, it is coming from China so I highly doubt this is really a black-owned business. Also, China makes soooo much cheap wax fabric so they could have used real wax fabric easily. I bought an African inspired skirt on Amazon.com and it was super nice and they used real freaking WAX African print material. This melaninful.net product was definitely NOT worth the sell price. I bought it for $30 and now they are selling it for $45. I will never click on an Instagram advertisement again.

I've purchased a few products from Melaninful and I am very satisfied with their products. The hoodies (I purchased 3) are very colorful and full of Black Art that everyone will have their eyes on. I've received many compliments and inquiries about where to purchase. I also purchased two of the reversible HIP HOP HATS and the art on both sides are CLASSIC! I plan on purchasing more items to represent BLACK CULTURE.

Tracking data indicates I should have received my order... or its out for delivery! No package in over a month! No contact information! Never again!

My shirt has arrived and it looks good. They had me worried because of the long wait, but overall they delivered.

This supposed business takes your money and you don't get a tracking or contact number to follow up with your order.

Thank you for getting my order to me quicker then I thought. My 12 year old grandson soon to be 13 years old LOVES IT! Thank you for this instrumental object to be available especially during Black History Month. My grandson came home upset after seeing one of those films of white men beating our black men during protest or what not. He was very upset. We of course explained that these black men being hit were our VERY STRONG and DETERMINED Black Men back then that demanded to have all of the freedoms in this country like any other Man and BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY was willing to up against the white people with dogs, sticks, guns etc. that wanted to keep our people oppressed. I looked for a particular t shirt and found this melaninful website with the merchandise I was looking for. I quickly ordered the t shirt, noticed a disclaimer that I had 24 hrs to cancel the order, and then, because I had never heard of this company, decided to research the company to make sure it wasn't a scam. I know I should have done so before ordering, but better late than never, right? Upon reading all of the negative reviews, most notably that this website is a scam, I de idea to immediately email the vendor to cancel my order. I received an email from Tashard that I could not cancel because the order had already been processed. I was very angry and said that I was gonna fight this and report him. I received an email from Tashard about 15 days after ordering stating that my order had been ship, if I dont receive it, it is because it had been lost, we are not a scam, etc. That made me even more suspicious because I have never received an email from a vendor ensuring me that they weren't a scam, why would they need to do that? Anyway, on June 20, I received my order... 15bdays after ordering and I'm pretty satisfied with the shirt. It was what I was expecting. I was very concerned after reading the reviews, but I did receive the merchandise as ordered. Now, I cant say that I would order from this vendor again because I may have just gotten lucky. The picture posted is after I had already worn it and put it away in an overcrowded drawer. It didnt arrive wrinkled.

Beautiful hoodie. They definitely run true to "American" sizes. I ordered a 2XL, I'm 6"1' and it's a little big. Next time I'm ordering XL
