I am beyond frustrated with my experience on Melbet. After creating my account on [date], 7/01/2024 depositing funds, and placing bets, I attempted to withdraw my winnings. I was asked for identity verification documents and have sent my national ID card over 20 TIMES!

Despite my efforts, I keep getting the same infuriating response:

"Unfortunately, without providing the requested files any further consultations are impossible. Following messages from you will be ignored."

My documents are clear, valid, and meet all necessary requirements, yet they are continually rejected. Customer support has been utterly useless, providing vague and unhelpful responses. It's incredibly frustrating to feel ignored and mistreated.

I propose a simple solution: a video call for live verification. This would allow me to show my national ID card and confirm my identity directly. If Melbet does not support national ID cards, they should offer an alternative verification method like this.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate my complaint to relevant gambling authorities and consumer protection agencies. Additionally, I will upload a detailed video on my YouTube channel to share my experience and warn others about these issues.

This experience has been a nightmare, and I urge others to think twice before using Melbet. This company needs to take immediate action to resolve customer issues and improve their support.
