Bought a half tennis rhinestone necklace. Rhinestones were falling out when I took it out of the box. What a piece of junk. Only gave me a partial. Wanted me to pay for the shipping on this junk. Filed a claim with Paypal and the Federal Trade Commission. This girl has a ton of negative Feedback on Yelp for ripping people off. Has an F rating on BBB. Stay away from this place. Total over priced junk.

I got a gold plated ring for Mother's Day and it was so scratched, a huge deep scratch, very thin and feels cheap, not worth it at all save your money. This brand isn't what the hype is saying. Very disappointed
They will not let you return!

I was so excited to see the gorgeous Baroness Bracelet online. It's gorgeous in person too; I was thrilled to order and receive the Baroness Bracelet in the mail just a couple of days after ordering. I don't often, but decided that I would splurge on myself for Valentines' Day by ordering my own gift.
Unfortunately, after only one day of wearing this bracelet at my desk (performing very normal, boring typing and hand gesturing... hence, needing gorgeous jewelry to make my day more sparkly) this bracelet fell off my wrist and was gone by the time I made it home for dinner. In hindsight, I'm not surprised that the double-sided clasp was defective, because I did have to double check to get it to snap on well.
The most disappointing part of this story comes next though... after reading "The Melinda Guarantee" on their website promising 100% satisfaction guarantee, I reached out to the Customer Service department. They responded "as per our policies we require a photo of the lost item."
Hmmm... where to start. This "photo policy" isn't listed on their website; and it's quite problematic to have a company follow policies that aren't listed on their website when they have a clearly stated 100% satisfaction guarantee clearly stated that they don't follow.
Super disappointed; if this jewelry had great workmanship and a strong backbone of customer support, they would be an amazing company.
But I guess I will sadly have to support elsewhere.

Purchased 15", Baroness, gold-plated, simulated diamond tennis necklace 9n 6. 11. 2022. The price with coupon was $166.50. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. OR TIME!
While the box item arrived in was above expectations, the necklace was poorly made, the crystals were dull and had no uniformity nor any appreciable reflection under spotlight, the thin simulated gold plating already had spots on the plating itself where gold was wearing off sadly as well and was so light in weight as to feel insignificant.
I went on line to return item but could not find instructions on the website. I sent over 24 texts requests for return instructions before receiving reply. The CR code dropped from my phone quickly as I wasn't able to recall code. BEWARE, BUYER!
I canceled purchase on my credit card.
Using my laptop, I was able to access CR code, which I printed and took to FedEx.
FedEx handle return professionally.
Since finally obtaining a return code which FEDEX could use only today, 6. 24. 2022, I'll wait to see the refund on my credit card before commenting.

Terrible merchandise, difficult to get directions to return - cheap, shoddy merchandise.
