I Placed an order and they charged my card immediately. Most legitimate mail order companies wait until the order ships to charge your card. The order was market "Processing" for 6 days, and they failed to respond to inquiries for 4 days, until I threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Then they said they would get back to me within 24 hours. 48 hours later they said that they would refund my order... We shall see if the credit comes through or I will have to file a dispute with my CC company.

I highly recommend first checking out Melitawill Store before you look elsewhere. I should have done so before I purchased a dog crate on a competitor's web site. I needed another crate same kind for my upstairs. Typed in the brand online and up came Melitawill Store same crate with free shipping no tax and $10 cheaper, purchased it asap. The brand new crate from time I purchased it to when it arrived via FedEx was a day and a half! Wow, super price and super fast shipping. I am a very happy customer! They will give you the run around. They will send you a email saying your order is messed up somehow and ask for a reply to refund or you wait for your right order. If you write back you won't get a response back. If you try to call them on one of the two numbers they have listed on their website one will just say call rejected and you will get a text from them saying the phone is down for maintenance and you just need to email them, the other number will just ring regardless of how long you wait. I waited 45 mins of nothing but the phone ringing.

I was looking for tires and this site popped up on a better price. Ordered one tire, they emailed and said would be here in 4 days, then emailed on the 5th day telling me there was a mixup. Then they said they shipped it to the wrong address with the wrong name, now 20 days later, they're telling me it's not in stock anymore, and canceled my order. Lucky for me I was without a spare tire during all of this or I'd be furious!

I was kinda sceptical cause it was such a good deal. I got the order way quicker than I anticipated. The Milwaukee palm sander and two Milwaukee batteries arived actually shipped from home Depot. No knock off bs..

At first I was leary about placing an order from a relatively new third party company but the item which was a Milwaukee M18 1/2 Impact Wrench was priced considerably lowered than order vendors at the time. So like a daredevil I am I pulled trigger and never looked back. Incredibly the item shipped out from one of Home Depot's Warehouse via UPS and literally within a few days I got the item. Absolutely floored when I opened the package. It was in pristine condition. Either this was a floor model or a return because the item had no stratches whatsoever. Immaculate condition. So yeah Melitawillstore fulfilled their promise and I went ahead and gave them a quick email saying I got it. And to give my thanks.

Whoever says this company is a scam or whatnot, either doesn't know what they're talking about or is just some sort of bot looking to cause some trouble for nothing.

Give Melitawillstore a chance. You really can't go wrong if you get your stuff in under a week. Peace

I ordered some power tools from this site after Google called it a "Trusted Site". After 5 days of seeing on the site that my order was still "processing" I started to worry. Many of these reviews made me nervous that i made a mistake. I sent a couple of emails and tried the phone number... Nothing>
The tools showed up on my doorstep today! It was 6 days from my original order and the only email i received from the seller.

I would in fact order from this site again BUT I would not expect to hear from them and just wait until my ordered showed up.

I would give them 4 stars mainly for the prices and free shipping and knock 1 star off for the inability to get an answer or communicate with the seller

This company took my order and left it in a processing state for over a week. Only to cancel the order with no reason given. DO NOT use this store for tires when you are looking for a replacement when your car is on a donut because they will leave you in a precarious situation.

We wanted a light fitting that a certain big box store sold for $235 plus tax
Melitawillstore.com had the same one for a total of $192 including delivery
Ordered on a Sunday and the following Sunday it was delivered.
Installed the light and it works perfectly.

This is NOT your typical vendor. You might be getting a great price but beware. They are going to ship the product from a different vendor and it is going to have someone else's name on the boxes. What you are going to get in these boxes I do not know as I refused mine, when I received two big boxes from Chewy addressed to someone I did not know and I had not ordered anything from Chewy I sent it back. I did receive a refund but it was a huge hassle and I had to start all over buying dog food. Good luck to you if you use this company!

I was leery thinking that the price for some trailer tires I purchased was too good to be true. The competition was 20-25% higher in price. I did some digging and it looked like Melitawillstore.com was in fact legitimate. I ordered the tires on a Monday and two days later they were on my drive.
