Purchased set of 4 tires with price well below average and free shipping, since store had no physical presence in my state and I did not had to pay sales tax. My savings if compare to ordering locally were at least $200-$300. There were no hidden fees or charges. Return and exchange policy was reasonable and fair. Ordering via website was simple with multiple payment options, confirmation email arrived right away. A bit of downside was delayed update on my account order page, but inquiry via contact form received immediate response with updated information. Shipping was via FedEx and tracking numbers arrived only 3 days after order was placed. I consider this to be pretty good, since most product like tires are being ordered and delivered from manufacturer or wholesaler, delays are common. This was not the case at all. Will be checking this on-line store first for something they carry in my future purchases.
Like most everyone else who panned this company I ended up "purchasing" a power tool at significant discount through their website only to discover that after five days of waiting for my purchase to be initially processed nothing had transpired. When I inquired (only available through email--their phone lines are inaccessible) about availability I was told that my order was cancelled. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to purchase merchandise from more reputable and honest vendors. This company does not fit that mold, unfortunately.

It was great dealing with Melitawill Store as product was delivered as promised. I will continue to use them,
I saw some tires on their website, ordered them and waited. The next thing I knew, my order was cancelled, "We can not let you wait too long wThe shipping department reported your order could not be shipped and arrived in a timely manner because of the failed shipmentithout any estimated delivery so we have to cancel and refund your order so that you can take your own initiative" Their phones didn't work, so corresponding they said if it is on their website then they have it! Twice it was on the site and twice cancelled for the same reason. I see that some have bought tires from them and are happy. I asked them to tellme the time frame they were talking about as to the failed shipment and what does that mean. Still waiting. Its a crap shoot ordering from this store, good luck if you do. They have great prices but just can't deliver on 20% of their order requests. I have never heard of anything that bad and still in business.

Try calling them, I never got through though. Ask how long they say it will take to cancel an order because of shipment issues and if its ok that you are willing to wait if they can tell you where the problem is with shipping. We all want specificts, the kind they haven't been able to give. I wasted over a month with these 2 orders.
