Customer service is great! I had a small issue with an item I ordered and emailed the Co. They emailed back very quickly and offered to make the change. That was on Friday. The following Monday a package arrived in the mail with a replacement. Who does that? A very honorable company I will do business with again. Thank you! PS. The Christmas Elf Hat is the cutest ever!
Waiting on phone call back to see what happened to my order that was supposedly shipped over a week ago but has yet to leave the facility in Orlando! Customer service # is a joke as they seem to have no clue about orders. Just a glorified answering service that forwards your issue to have someone call you back. Still waiting on that to happen. Unacceptable business practice.

I have tried several times to call and email customer service looking for status of my order. I have received NO RESPONSE. I understand about the virus, that being said. There is no reason not to answer emails. I will be contacting my credit card to dispute the charge. As of today 6/25/20 no hat no response.
I ordered the seersucker bow tie onesie/hat combo in addition to another beanie hat. I only received the two hats and no onesie! I immediately sent an email to customer service and received a generic reply stating they would respond, typically within 24 hours. Well, it has been 5 days and I have heard nothing! There's no way to speak with anyone because apparently you can only contact via email. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just an error but at this point, they aren't trying to rectify the situation.

I ordered a Christmas hat for my baby on a Monday, for his first Christmas photo shoot, on Saturday. I paid extra for expedited shipping to make sure we got it in 2-3 days. It did not arrive until the following Monday, so missed the shoot, and no longer needed the hat. I understand the slow down with Covid, but they should explain that and not charge the additional shipping. And had I simply known, I would not have ordered. They have no phone number, took days to respond, and only offered to return the $7.50 shipping, not the $23 for a hat that was no longer needed. I wanted to return for a full refund, and they would not. Not to mention the seam went straight up the center and not even. And EXTREMELY small, as he is 9 lbs, and this looks like a doll hat, and very tiny. So horrible customer service, and I am just warning you all, that if you are not satisfied, they could truly care less.

I received my 2 newborn babyhospital hats today. I was excited when I got the package and disappointed when I opened it. The size of the hat is so so small, it looks like it would fit a premie, but not a full term baby. Extremely disappointed and feel like I wasted $40 on 2 monogrammed hats and doubt the baby will even fit into them. I have some friends that are expecting around the same time I am and definitely won't recommend!
Wanted information before placing an order but four phone calls leaving messages asking for a call back, and two emails and no replies to my messages. Guess I will be ordering from somewhere else!
Very disappointed when this hat was delivered! I ordered "dark pink" thread, pretty sure this is the "cranberry ".

Ordered, on the 30 th of Sept never got my order but they took my money, tryed calling and it's NO LONGER a customer service line. I will be reporting this company. Please NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, SCAM
I ordered the pink and white stripped little hat (with initials) for my granddaughter who is arriving soon. I received a white one in its place. I sent an email and they asked for me to send a picture. I did and they said they would send out a replacement. That was on 2/10. I have not received anything yet and I have sent four messages inquiring about where my replacement hat is. I have not received a response. I needed it for the baby shower this weekend and now I won't have it in time. I'm very disappointed!
