Last week I ordered a two button suit and tuxedos for my colleagues’ reception party from Mensusa Company. I was surprised because it’s really very difficult to get high quality Suits at low price. There were a huge collection of kid’s suits, tuxedos and women’s collections too with a variety of colors with comfortable fabrics in different styles and patterns. Fast shipping and suits are delivered in time. They took only 2 business days to deliver and shipping charge amount is just $15. Nice Customer service.
I ordered from these guys and payed for 2 day shipping my order came late and they sent the wrong hat and now they are not trying to refund my 35 dollars for shipping and they want me to pay a restocking fee of 25$ for something they messed up on I will never order from they guys again 09/20/24 ship date was 09/15/24 clearly not 2 days
After having a little difficulty finding the right color pants I ordered, the staff at Men's USA finally came thru with the correct pair of pants which are very classy.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience with this company! I ordered a suit for a wedding was sent an item completely different from the item pictured and described. The returns department told me that the item I received was an acceptable match for what I ordered, even though it's a different color, different fabric, and different style; they offered a "courtesy refund" for me to keep the item but made it clear that they would not admit fault for the discrepancy between the order and what was delivered.
Their phone line gives the option to talk to customer service but in a very "all roads lead to Rome" way, the phone only ever takes you to sales staff. I was told by three different members of the sales staff that sales is the only department in the company that has telephones and all the other departments only work through email.
One sales staff member hung up on me THREE TIMES and when I confronted her about it she said, "Yeah I hung up on you because all you want to do is complain and I don't have time for that." Absolutely pathetic behavior and I can't believe they will allow staff to behave like that. It was honestly shocking.
It's no wonder this sham of a company has such pathetic reviews and an alarming number of Better Business Bureau complaints. Perhaps if someone other than the sales staff had telephones, they could operate a little more efficiently. The 1990s Microsoft Office clip art vibe of a website is a complete joke and gets you no closer to any kind of an answer.
If you're considering ordering from Men's USA for ANY reason, I would strongly advise you to reconsider. This was such an unbelievably terrible experience that I'm still not 100% sure it's not an elaborate practical joke.

I purchased a suit from this company. The day after I bought the suit they created a FedEx shipping label and implied the item shipped. When I tracked the item it showed that the item was never picked up a week later. I contacted MensTuxedoUSA.com multiple times and their responses were that they would check with FedEx to see where the item is. But never got back to me until I reached out to them again at which time they said the same thing as before. I contacted FedEx who confirmed the store never called for pick up and that creating a label automatically triggers the tracking number but that doesn't mean the retailer ever shipped the item. I emailed the store two more times with this information asking for details about when the item would ship. They cut off all communication at that point. I then did what I should have done before buying from them which is I looked at their online reviews and found tons of one star reviews where they took the money and didn't ship or after customers repeatedly pressured them they shipped an item that was wrong then made the customer pay a restocking fee plus shipping charges to correct their mistake. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company since I never got the item and they have stopped communicating when I confronted them about their dishonesty. These types of business practices should never be tolerated. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM IS TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a wool suit from this outfit. In the comment section of the order form to submit payment online I further highlighted the fact that I was ordering a wool suit. They send some cheap polyester suit. I email customer service. Customer service responded by email: just send it back. I had already read their return policy and knew sending it back without a control number would not be accepted. I request the RMA#. After I receive the RMA# a call was placed to "customer service" to receive a shipping label. The company fraudulently advertised a wool suit only to deliver a polyester suit so they in good conscience should pay for the shipping. When I requested a shipping label the customer service representative said once the suit was returned the shipping cost would be credited to my card. He repeated this twice as I questioned him. I was to use USPS ground shipping with tracking capability. I did. Now, lo and behold, they do not want to reimburse the return shipping. I asked, Phillip, the Customer Service Manager, who reports directly to the supposed owner, Mr. Anderson, (he doesn't know Mr Anderson's first name he said) to pull the recorded phone call with the rep I spoke to who provided the shipping reimbursement policy. Phillip says, "oh, those calls get erased every two days because we get so many calls and we're working remotely due to CV." Frankly, I laughed out loud. There were people talking business matters in his phone background so I knew another "inaccuracy" was being told. Today is Monday July 6,2020. I spoke with the rep Friday July 3,2020 at 306pm East Coast time for exactly 1 minute and 17 seconds. In opinion there are several instances of something less than the truth being told to me.
Foolish company to do business with, will not recommend to any body. Return policy bad when compared to other sellers

Weeks ago order jacket and shirt for wedding. Shirt comes no jacket, wait a few days because customer website says they can ship from different locations. Couple days pass no jacket, I call only to find out they don't have jacket. Ask for something simular no reply, I call again, nothing simular available then nothing my size. Upset no one has ever called me, I had to do all the calling, then supposedly the owner calls and offers if I upgrade to a full suit he can get me a deal intimate for the fitting and the wedding. Well suit did not come. I call they say it missed being shipped they will send out over night and call me with tracking info. AGAIN NO CALL, thus time I call and get manager Isaiah who says it will go out overnight and by 8pm I will get shipping info, if there is a problem email him and he will help me tomorrow. WE'LL NO TRACKING INFO. NO SUIT, NO CALL. I get a hold of a very rude customer support person, MAGGIE who is rude and says my order just went out but can't give me shipping info. Says she will email info. NO EMAIL, NO SUIT, NO CALL NO APPOLOGY. No I am scrambling to find clothes for the wedding in 2 days.

Ps the original jacket in the size I ordered is still on the web site to buy, so some other poor soul is going to have the same problem.

I was all excited about purchasing suits for my groomsman and after two months of back and forth with several mistakes by this company I finally received all suits (and not the ones I originally ordered). Customer service is non existent and any time I made a phone call, the team answering always said "someone else is working on this case and aren't in today". I had that numerous times and the company claim was that only one person could work on your order. So I had to keep calling until that person happen to be in the office. Email doesn't work either because apparently any refund/exhange information can't be handled over the phone and the lack of email communication is laughable. This experience was awful for what should have been a great experience for the best day of my life.
I also had to PAY for the company mistake of sending the wrong suits! I had 7 suits on order and 5 were incorrect! They sent the incorrect sizes and then made us pay to ship back for the correct size. They also told me that I could mix and match the sizes, but turns out that was also a lie and they would not honor what was told. It's the whole reason I decided to buy them because of that reason.
At one point we had a representative who thought this whole process was a joke and historical and even just hung up mid conversation because apparently he didn't feel like doing his job that day. Extremely rude customer service and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!
There is a reason this company has such low ratings and somehow I mistakenly ordered from this site through a different vendor. So double check the company as it was an honest mistake on my end and turned out to be such a horrible experience.

Found a great, and very unique, jacket for my daughter's wedding. Ordered it at least 4-5 weeks in advance. First issue was it was "back-ordered." They offered an alternative that wasn't acceptable and so we asked them to refund the money. Magically, they found the jacket and sent it our way. Upon receipt it had a really bad hemming issue in the left sleeve. They asked to give us a credit of $25 and we could go get it fixed locally (we know this repair would have pushed $100) and we said no. Asked them to swap it out and they asked us to send them a picture of the shipment receipt. We did and then there was silence (and BTW, the shipping was at our expense). By this time we were two weeks from the wedding. I called and was told "they would send me a replacement and let me know by the end of the day." Three days passed. I called and was told "they would send me a replacement and let me know by the end of the day." Three days passed. I called and was told "they would send me a replacement and let me know by the end of the day." Three days passed.
