Last week I ordered a two button suit and tuxedos for my colleagues’ reception party from Mensusa Company. I was surprised because it’s really very difficult to get high quality Suits at low price. There were a huge collection of kid’s suits, tuxedos and women’s collections too with a variety of colors with comfortable fabrics in different styles and patterns. Fast shipping and suits are delivered in time. They took only 2 business days to deliver and shipping charge amount is just $15. Nice Customer service.

I ordered from these guys and payed for 2 day shipping my order came late and they sent the wrong hat and now they are not trying to refund my 35 dollars for shipping and they want me to pay a restocking fee of 25$ for something they messed up on I will never order from they guys again 09/20/24 ship date was 09/15/24 clearly not 2 days

Bought several suits and made a return worth $1200
Today I tried use my credit and was told the credit expired after one year
Tomorrow my attorney will, file a lawsuit
In California credits cannot expire
Stay away from these crooks

The manager is a LIAR, Customer service representatives are LIARS, There's a woman I spoke to that's a manager she's extremely unprofessional not allowing you to talk. If you order a suit, hat, dress shirt, bow, etc they'll all be shipped at separate times coming to you weeks later, instead of at the same time. I will NEVER shop with a company that I can't TRUST. May you reap what you sow for deceiving and robbing people out of their money

Originally attempted to order a different suit for my son, but it had "cosmetic damage" so I was asked to provide a different suit of choice. I asked for this one as an alternative. After a week (almost 2 weeks), I was told it was sold out. With no hopes of anything going right and on a time frame of needing a suit, I requested a refund. After 2 days of asking for a refund, on day 3 I was told this suit magically was in stock! AFTER requesting a refund for a "sold out item"! How strange! Need less to say, I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Long wait, nothing in stock, then when requesting a refund, the items magically is available! Blaming a "new employee" for errors! Customer service representatives are POOR! Communication is SLACK! If you want someone who's website is up to date, and customer service actually communicates properly, then THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO SHOP (mens USA)! If I can give a negative star review, I definitely would!

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are not sure of their true stock!!! Save your time and money!

Do not DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ANIMALS. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. I GOT TOLD TO $#*! OFF. I GOT TOLD SHE OWNS THE STORE. IT'S BEEN 12 YEARS SINCE MY LAST ORDER SO THINGS CAN CHANGE. I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY CUSTOMER SERVICE SOUND LIKE THEY DON'T WANT TO BE THERE. *******963. CALL IF YOU WANT A FREE ABUSIVE UPDATE OR A $#*! YOU REFUND THEN CALL.

Horrible company! They misrepresent their products and their return process is an absolute nightmare! Return policy on website says "free returns," "unconditional returns," and "free return shipping." None of that is true. In the email order confirmation they have a different return policy than what is on their website and the policy in the email is what they will tell you that you "agreed" to during check out. When trying to get them to let us return the suits that we did not want, they actually offered us money to just keep them. When we didn't accept their offer they told us that we will have to pay to ship the suits back and also pay a possible restocking fee. By the way, this horrendous return experience is the same even if the fault is on their end, ie, they sent you the wrong product, a flawed product, or they misrepresented the product. They also mislead you into thinking that all their suits are 100% wool which is not true. If you've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company and need to contact them other than through email, use this number *******963 and when the automated menu options come on just hit 0. This connected us right away with a representative. We can't say that talking to a representative over the phone vs. through email did any good but it's at least quicker than waiting days for them to respond to your emails. If you have not yet done business with them heed our warning and look elsewhere for suits. Also, beware that Men's USA, Men's Italy, and Men's Tuxedo USA are all names for this company.

I bought a three piece suit from Mensusa; I received the item. As stated by them the trousers need tailoring. I went to the tailor that told me it's not possible to adjust tailoring for my size, as the trousers are too baggy.

I contacted Mensusa and asked for return, I returned the product and paid 40 usd in shipping, after that the company charged me 15% restocking fee. The suit was just tried not worn, there were no wrinkles and was sent in original packaging.

I spent 85 dollars for nothing. I contacted customer service, they were rude and just told me have a nice day.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MENSUSA. THEY HAVE VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

There are many other suits companies, they don't let their customers hanging.

I have made two purchases from Men's USA and had to return both items at my return parcel cost. First time I purchased a new pair of slacks that had a hole in them. In fairness I was offered 10% off to keep them, however I wanted to exchange for another pair. Second time I ordered a pair of LEONARDO VELENTI wide-leg slacks, I was sent a pair of STATEMENT narrow fit slacks. Same as before return was at my expense. They are shady! No matter what you order, they will send you whatever in hopes that you won't pay return shipping, and just keep whatever..

Refunds are really at their discretion. I was asked if there was anything wrong with the item I was sent. As though just because it wasn't what I ordered it wasn't a big concern of theirs.

I own over 100 suits and have purchased through several on-line outlets, including Men's USA Suits. I have only had issues with Men's USA. It's impossible to get them to honor their guarantees or fulfill their orders properly.

This now is the third time in ten years they have messed up my order and refused to address the issues. When I order from other companies, if they don't have the item, they contact me and ask me how I would like to handle the situation. I either cancel order or select a suit of my choice.

With Men's USA, they don't contact you if they can't fill the order, they just send you a similar suit and say take it. And that's just what happen again. They sent out a suit completely different from what I ordered. I have been calling for a week and sent five e-mails, no response. I don't want the suit they sent; I'll never wear it nor does it at all match my needs. I'm confused and upset they won't take my calls or answer my e-mails. I forgot why I stopped doing business with them years ago! I have only purchased from the other leading companies out there for the last five years and forgot the nightmare of dealing with this company - never again!

NOTHING says a company SUCKS, like having a HUGE AMOUNT of shill/fake accounts accounts posting 5 STAR "we love them" reviews! Are we supposed to believe that out of 61 reviews 57 people 5 Star love it? These are fake/shill accounts reviewing.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING MORE THAN COMMON CRIMINALS. BUT, YOU DO HAVE A RECOURSE. DOCUMENT ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THEM, AND SUBMIT A FRAUD CLAIM TO THE BANKING INSTITUTION YOU USED TO PAY THEM. MY BANK REIMBURSED ME IN MINUTES; AS THEY SENT A JACKET WITH THE SIZE TAG CUT OUT THAT WAS 6 SIZES TOO SMALL, THEN WANTED ME TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE FOR THEIR ERROR. DONT PLAY THEIR GAMES, REPORT THEM TO YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY. IT IS ALSO HELPFUL TO SEND THE LINKS TO THEIR BBB; TRUSTPILOT, AND GOOGLE REVIEW SITES.

I have purchased from them before without a problem. I ordered a sport jacket with the understanding it would be delivered in 4 business days. I kept trying to track but nothing came back. After 1 week I get an e-mail from them saying they don't have my item in stock and offered me something similar in a different color. I said I didn't like it, but picked something different from one of there other sites, TuxedoUSA. They emailed that it would get shipped. Another week went by with no tracking so I called. The consumer service person told me they didn't have that in stock either, but told me they had something similar without a satin lapel. I asked if they could e-mail a picture, and they said they couldn't. I agreed anyway as I was getting tired of waiting and dealing with this. It has now been another week, and still no product or tracking. I have sent numerous emails asking for any answer with nothing back from them. This is the last purchase I make with this company, and I will do everything I can to deter anyone from working with them.
I own a business, and the most important part of any business is not how much money you make, it's making sure your clients are happy…do that, and the money will come.

Don’t use this site. No customer service at all.

Purchased white diner jacket on line. Receive completly wrong size and not even close to the one on line. Contacted "Customer Servce" and was told to contact the wear house by email. Emailed the infromation and returned it at my expense "the wrong coat that "they" shipped". After 5 days I recieved the refund $42.00 less than what I paid plus the $20.00 i shipping cost. I sent a photo and the invoice in the box that I returned. I called customer servce and the very same customer servce "Child, not really a young lady, no manners or customer skills' said it was my fault because I should have sent a picture because get this::The skews in the picture do not match the items in the store" LOL. How do they identify items or do invetory. You just cant make this up. Dont waste your time and money or be fooled by what appears to be quality. Look at their store location on line. If you are used to quality and good servce this is not your place.

I just placed my third and last order from them so they can't say I didn't try. First order they called me 3 times over 3 days after placing the order and didn't leave a message. When I called the number I learned it was them. They told me the manufacturer discontinued the shoes. So why were they on their website and saying, "in stock?" Second order was for an overcoat. I lost count how many times they told me it was being shipped. They lied every time. I finally had to cancel as they didn't meet my deadline. I eventually reordered the coat and actually got it. Problem? The detachable fur collar was nowhere to be found. They had to send it to me after I called. The latest issue was I ordered a suit and a tie. The package arrived and there was no tie in the box. Called them and was told they would ship it. A week later after not receiving it I called again. Was told they knew nothing about this. I was told again they would ship the tie and send me a tracking number. I did get the tie but am still waiting for the tracking number. How hard is it to make sure everything is in the box? How hard is it to tell the truth? Their customer service is horrible. I won't go through this again... ever.

Don't rely on them for anything. Don't believe what they say. Don't expect to get everything you ordered, if you get your order at all.

My experience with this website and this company sucked I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase here and most of all don't price match there lying about there inventory in the site it has all the sizes available but because they say they'll price match I found the suit cheap and at that point the one suit they have available has a stain on it and then I ask for another size which is available when you select it online but physically none is available I would have paid the whole amount I wanted the suit but
They didn't want to loose about 10 dollars because of there price matching advertising and false inventory

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A SUIT IN JULY AND RECEIVED MY SUIT AS PROMISED AND SIZE WAS ALSO CORRECT. THE ONLY THING ISSUE I HAD WAS THAT, ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO COMPARE THE FABRIC ON LINE THAN IN PERSON. STILL I WAS SATISFIED AND THE PRICE WAS CHEAP OPPOSED TO WHAT I AM USED TO PAYING.

My daughter is finally having a graduation due to this pandemic and I was excited so I went on here to order a linen shorts and sandals because they ate having the graduation outside and it is hot here in west Florida very hot. I get a call back from a lady about my order and we decided to do a linen pants suit and have it tailored to shorts and would pay extra and I paid for 2 day shipping. They sent POLYESTER instead can't wear that it's hot as hell here called them up and she got rude with me over the phone and said I told you it was POLYESTER and it got ugly from there and I didn't even get my sandals yet! Don't order from here this place is trash now I have to find something to wear at Macy's or dillards thanks to this place and the ride lady over the phone.

I'd give them a negative rating if I could. I ordered a Western tuxedo and got a shabby suit not even worth trying on. I didn't get an email telling me it arrived so I could send it back. I called customer service and was told the email was coming. After several trys I was finally able to send it back but didn't get a full refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SORRY PLACE.

On May 8th I paid $236 for a suit. They sent me the wrong size and after many emails back and forth re: who pays for the return shipping, they finally sent me a refund of $225. I told them they are $11 short and they are now refusing to pay the balance. It is not the $11 dollars. It is the principle of the situation. I ordered the correct size, they sent me the WRONG size and will not refund the TOTAL amount paid. This situation has prompted me to dispute the charge with my bank, and file complaints with the California Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. Bottom line...DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They will not speak to their customers, (email only), and will try to rip you off.

I ordered a blush pink tuxedo jacket from this place 4 weeks prior to my wedding. They didn't ship my item in the 10 days that they guarantee. So when I called to see what the hold up was, of course they blamed it on fed ex, saying that "they picked up the item." Fedex disputed that and said the label was created but the item was never picked up. After speaking with A supervisor named Rico, who told me that he'd ship out another one, I agreed to pay the overnight shipping cost of 75 dollars which he decided to charge me 40$ on and not the full price. Needless to say the item they sent was not onmy the wrong size but a bright red, clearly nowhere near blush pink I ordered. I immediately called to return the item and I must say, this place has terrible customer service. I've been hung up on multiple times, cut short, given wrong information and even yelled at. The price of my jacket was 165 plus 10 for shipping for a grand total of 175. I paid 40$ for the new item to be overnighted and was charged 20 dollars to send the wrong item back. Not to mention they charged me 15 dollars restocking fee for an item I never even took out of the plastic. 175-40-20-15= (Loss). I had to purchase an immediate tux from a local place and wear the same tux that my groomsmen wore. Never ever will I do business with this place again in my life and I hope you all never do either.

We placed an order for a tuxedo AS PICTURED AND LABELED on MensUSA website--it was a light grey Joseph Abboud tuxedo. We placed the order for a two day shipping. First error, we didn't receive the tux in 2 days. Biggest error--what came in the mail was a medium grey "no name brand" tuxedo! We called to ask for MensUSA to pay the return shipping as it was their error and a supervisor named Andrea kept insisting that we did indeed receive the correct tuxedo and that WE were mistaken! So we are currently disputing the charge with our credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY! We will be reporting them to the BBB and leaving this negative review on every website possible with the hope that they won't be able to rip someone else off!

TERRIBLE is not strong enough. This on line store only allows reviews it posts! That should be enough to cause one pause in doing business with them. I was duped, and did not realize ALL of the reviews on this site were posted by the site. The on line store purports great customer service, but only shows reviews they have posted! All of these "good" reviews seem o be from customers who went into the brick and mortar store in LA. They post these reviews themselves so of course they are only good!

I ordered 4 suits, 3 were shipped, NONE of them were what I ordered. The site prominently displays a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, but does not do this at all. They then try to get you to order more suits to replace the ones they shipped incorrectly, but the return cost is entirely at your expense. They even asked me to choose another suit for the one they never shipped!

I had to go to my credit card company to get my money back!

DO NOT buy from these guys, pay heed and look at the reviews posted on their site by THEM, and realize they do not allow reviews to be given from their site!

This goes beyond Bogus into a downright criminal rip off.

Again realize all those good reviews on their site were posted by them, and not the folks who did business on line! Best Tip: DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.
