Start to finish, shopping at Mercers online could not have been better. Quick, helpful and courteous response to telephone inquiries, and product pages of well described pieces made choosing the right pieces successful - everything fit! Once we'd ordered it was a fast dispatch and delivery of carefully packed items (bought multiples) by professional delivery team. Our new flat-pack furniture was reasonably easy to assemble and looks beautiful - all of the above are the reasons we will buy again from Mercers and can recommend the company to anyone needing quality flat-pack furniture.

Handles on furniture didn't match, some gun metal grey colour then another item had black. Chip out of sideboard top. Says next day delivery on order but when phoned to ask where order was, told that service not offered or ever been! Lady I delt with was quite rude

The bookcase, when put together, was excellent. However, the plans for constructing it were difficult to follow. As always, when there are plans, the curse of knowledge raises its head. When People write them, they tend to forget the people that use them may not have their experience or know-how.

I ordered a sideboard it came within a couple of days flat packed, vary easy to put together looks brilliant in the sitting room, looks expensive but it wasn't, it had a little, damage on one draw front, emailed Mercers, new front posted same day brilliant, looking forward to doing more business with them.

Good service on two separate orders with Mercer's. I did see mixed reviews on the corona firniture but I have to say the quality was OK. This is not expensive furniture, what we received was good value for money.

Excellent experience from navigating the Web site, to placing the order, to then receiving the furniture, which was delivered as per the communication that I had received.
All in all a really good process.

We ordered a wooden bed and a mattress for the spare room for the grandchildren to sleep in when they sleep over. It is very strong and sturdy and mattress comfortable.very speedy delivery. A good experience all round and would buy from Mercers again.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I ordered online, paid and the delivery was smack bang on time. I had one tiny problem with one of my orders but one quick call to the very polite and knowledgeable lady at the company and it was fixed in quick time. Absolute pleasure to do business with this company.

I ordered four chest of drawers and a TV unit. All ordered and arrived without any problems. The only problem I had was a mark on the inside of one of the chest of drawers, but as it was on the inside it is fine. Building all the furniture was easy with clear instructions. I ordered solid wood as I hope it will last longer than laminated MDF. Seeing and feeling the quality of the wood I am confident that the furniture will last decades. The price I paid for my furniture is around the same you would pay for laminated MDF in other well-known, catalogue furniture suppliers.

Verry pleased with the furniture looks nice good fast free delivery on these verry heavy items which some firms charge a lot for delivery i would recomend to a friend to buy also no hassle when orderd went smooth and all items in stock

I have bought Wardrobes/Sideboards/14xBookcases/8xDrawer cabinets - all great and solid wood. Easy to put together. Delivered well and on time. And if you wish in the future you can paint to match any refurb on your rooms. No cheap MDF or chipboard, just solid pine. Great company and great value furniture.
