O MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?

Mine was delivered in May 2024. Worked for about 2 days and then stopped. They offered me to keep at discount- what a joke! I asked for refund but they arbitrarily shipped a replacement I never received. I repeatedly requested a refund. Till this day they have STALLED my refund?
