Don't buy from these crooks. They will not ship anything to you. Weirdly enough I was never charged. Trying to figure out their angle. Regardless, nothing but bull$#*!!

If I could rate this company with minus stars I would! Do NOT buy from this company, they are scammers! The item I ordered never arrived and when I checked the tracking number it said it had been delivered. I contacted them and they told me to contact my Post Office. There were TWO separate tracking numbers and the Post Office said neither of them were valid. I contacted the company again and they said it had been return but not to the warehouse they could reship it from. HUH? Then they had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted a refund, they would have to deduct the shipping and the cost of the "loss" of the item! I have threatened to report them to the proper authorities but they obviously don't care! Again, do NOT buy from them, they are crooks!

I wrote an earlier review stating that these con men and women took my $164 and never shipped me the products. I've now been waiting almost three months. Nothing but excuses. No refunds. No way to contact anyone who is a human. They sell "hand-made" fruit bowls. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES THE GRIEF ANY YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE NEFARIOUS SCUM BAGS.

I placed an order for three hand crafter fruit bowls that looked awesome. I wanted them for Mother's Day for my daughter, daughter-in-law, and my wife. The order was placed on April 6, and it was acknowledged that it was already getting ready for shipping. Then I started getting shipping updates, and I saw it supposedly was coming from the U.K., but that was still okay.
Today is May 13th, and there is still no product. I questioned them several times, and they would say they couldn't find where I placed an order. Then I would send them a screenshot, and suddenly, the package was in transit.
On 4/25, they claimed it cleared U.S. Customs. On 4/27, they claimed it was at the U.S. Shipping Partner. On 4/30, they Departed the U.S. Shipping partner. AND NOW THE FINAL NOTICE IS 5/4, AND THEY CLAIM IT IS IN LONG ISLAND, NY. But it has never arrived.
After my upset Email was sent on Monther's Day telling them they ruined the gift giving, this was their final word.
As we checked and confirmed, your parcel is on its way to you normally.
We have contacted the carrier to update status as soon as they can.
Please do not worry and kindly wait for its arrival.

I ordered 2 sets of wood fruit bowls that looked good in video but were junk when I received them. Surface stain maybe, but otherwise unfinished with sawdust all over them. Wood parts nailed with tiny brads that came out upon pulling the handle, but easily pushed back in. The sawdust embedded in the bottom parts of the bowl that have what appear a rough saw appearance. The handle that raises the pieces of the bowl uses a screw for an axle and isn't going to last. It's just junk. And it took 45 days with the company ever stating be patient. It was shipped from Spain, and took weeks to leave Spain after shipping per tracking. Finally, it made it to US and to Boston and eventually left customs then to Boston. Roughly 3 weeks later, after no updates, I received a package from Los Angles via USPS. I canceled my dispute with credit card company over this item, junk though it may be. And I thought the Pony Express was no longer in business. Smh Caveat Emptor
