Metapcs

I ordered a pre-built gaming PC with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070ti GPU. They shipped in a couple of business days. I was surprised after it was shipped but before I received it when they sent an email saying the GPU was being shipped separately to avoid damage with a video explaining how to install it myself. I'd never installed one myself and was upset they hadn't told me before it shipped. When I contacted them, they were very patient and said they would provide any support I needed. They said they shipped their PCs that way because the new GPUs were so big and heavy it caused damage when shipping. When it arrived I installed it with no problems and the PC runs any game I want to with no issues. A great PC and great customer service. Very happy.
