Do not order from this company! I ordered two dresses for my daughters to wear in my niece's wedding. The order confirmation said the dresses would arrive by the end of February. I made the order at the end of January. One dress arrived several weeks after the order was made, but the size was not indicated so I could not tell which dress it was. I reached out in March about the status of the other dress and was told 18-21 more days. Over a month later, I reached out again and was told 18-21 more days. As this is too late for the wedding, I asked to cancel the order and return the first dress. I was told I could not return the dress because it was too late. I would have returned the first dress sooner if I was given correct information about the status of the 2nd dress. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Since I had this experience I have googled around and seen that my experience is very common. They have several business complaints.
This company is the worst! I ordered my daughters Halloween costume on October 2nd. It was supposed to be delivered on October 12th. Every week I emailed them to ask for shipping updates, and every week someone told me "it's shipping this week". Today is October 26th, only 5 days til Halloween, and they finally reached out to me and told me that her costume won't be here in time. Thank goodness I found her a back up costume when I started to feel like I was being jerked around. I asked for a refund but they refuse to give me one. Don't waste your time or money here.

After pushing size 10 3 times and at first it came up as a size 10 but then on the cart page it came up as a 6M. I sent them an e-mail, I chatted live on their page 3 times and called them 4 times and I can not get any kind of response from them at all to make sure that they send me the correct size. I sent this dress to my granddaughter in California. They Facetimed when she got the package. It was so delightful watching her open the package and immediately try on the dress. She was so excited and loved it! I wish you made this dress in other colors. My munchkin in 6 years old but very tiny and wears a size 4/5 dress. This dress fit her perfectly because of the stretch. Please make it in different colors!

I began to get a little nervous when I couldn't get any shipping information from the order confirmation email. I called the defunct GoigleVoice number and emailed their website for days without any response. I finally got a hold of someone on Thurs 10/25 who promised delivery on Saturday.
No delivery Saturday. Called 1st thing Mon 10/29, to be told they were out of stock! TWO DAYS before Halloween! The lady wasn't even sorry, sounded like she was zonked our on something.
Bottom line: don't buy from this woman. She has a beautiful website, but she cannot deliver the items pictured.

I have attempted to call them (try for yourself at the number on their website) - they do not answer- you get a recording saying they will connect you then the next recording tells you the voicemail box is full. They do text you telling you they will call you back "as soon as possible"- still no return call. They take your money up front even before the item is shipped! I have tried to attach photos of purchase and other proof of what is going on but the site can not upload them for some reason. I am willing to provide them to the site if contacted.

I ordered an item Sep 7th knowing it could take a couple weeks to get. I need the item by Oct 8th today is Oct 3rd and the item has not even shipped yet. Only response I get is rest assured the set is worth the wait. Obviously not if it's not here when it's needed. I've ordered before it's never taken this long and I do like the past outfits I've gotten. Just frustrated.

I ordered 2 separate orders in November that were going to be for our Christmas pictures as of 12/24/19 I have not received either order. The orders had shipping labels made to generate a tracking number on November 29th & November 30th but the orders have not left the warehouse yet. I have emailed them several times and they have a different story every time and refuse to refund my money. I reached out to BBB and got a return email that the business closed and there was nothing they could do for me unless I could find the address of where they are doing business now. I also read the reviews on the BBB website after making the purchases. I was shocked at all the people having the same issues I am having and wished I would have done research before getting scammed.
I ordered stuff back in October 2021. It is now January 2022. I have sent them countless emails with the only response of: "Thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear that there is a delay in receiving your order. Although we have no control over the post office and their delivery system, we hate to see this happen to our customers and understand how frustrating it is to wait so long for an order. Let me coordinate this with our fulfillment team and touch base with you once I know more." I get the same email over and over again. I have emailed to the same response email 4 times now requesting refund. Still haven't received one. I did get one outfit for my daughter I ordered and she loved it. However, I never received the other 5 items I ordered. Do not order from this company as they do not ship in a respectful time frame and blame it on shipping. They also sent me a tracking number that doesn't work and when I called the shipping company they said the tracking number was through they stated it was never brought to there facility or picked up. Do not buy from them.

I hope you are fortunate enough to get the product you ordered. FYI - they charge when order is submitted and not shipped. I ordered an Easter dress and shoes on March 12th and still nothing. I contacted Customer Service a week and a half later, since I received no updates on the order status and they could tell me absolutely nothing, not were empowered to do anything. They couldn't commit to timelines, expedite shipping, or anything. I asked to escalate to someone who maybe could help, and that was a waste - same canned messaging. The worst part is the owner has completely rigged the SEO and reviews for anyone to get anything useful. Scam, scam, scam, stay away! Please!

I ordered shoes for my daughter. They took over a month to arrive and were three sizes too small. When I reached out to the company, I was told I would have to wait for a review team to consider my return. 5 days later I was told they sent the wrong size, if I sent them back and the return process could begin once they arrived. Because of the long shipping process, I asked if they could please ship out the correct order immediately, so that I would not have to wait until the end of July/August to receive a product I ordered in April. I was told no. I was really excited about the shoes, but left very disappointed with the customer service.

I ordered two costumes on Sept 6,2020. Received hats Sept 30,2020 Customer service reordered the dresses on Oct 6 recieved one of the dresses on Oct 16,2020 When asking for tracking numbers I am never given a good number. I am waiting on credit. But I would recomment other sites or stores.

Answer: You can use a handheld steamer to warm and re-shape the netting on the dresses. Or hang the dress in a closed-door bathroom with a hot shower to create steam for around 15 - 20 minutes. Basically, the dress needs steam to be warmed up to be shaped. Great Question!
