I really never write reviews because you never know if the company was just having a bad day or going through a hard time. I ordered a dress for my daughter for her daddy daughter dance. When I ordered it said it will take 2-4 days to ship. It's been a month and the dance is over and I still haven't received my dress. I tried to contact them to cancel my order but they said they can't because it already processed but still hasn't shipped. That was a week ago and still haven't received a dress. Wish they would just refund my money at this point.
I bought this for my 5 year old daughter who is petite. I purchased this in size 5 and it fits great with room to spare. We also bought these black leather riding boots with bows that matches this outfit very well. My daughter has received many compliments and loves wearing it!

My daughter is 3. She will turn 4 in July. She is on the chunkier side so finding something for her age that fits is getting harder n harder to come by. Sure going up in size helps but the issue is a horizontal one not lateral. I bought a size 8 so the bottom is loose. No fault of the maker other than the fact that they don't make clothing for husky girls.
Zero stars if I could. The quality is absolutely horrible. The sizes are not accurate. Then, they won't let you return! They only give store credit!
Do not buy from this company. They don't even allow you to return things. They only give store credit. Opened, didn't like quality and item doesn't fit and they won't even offer a return.

We apologize for the delay and lack of response to your emails during our busiest time of the year. Records indicate the items were purchased as Preorder now - Ships around December 9th. The manufacturer shipped the items in December to us, and the system changed the status to Ships Next Day based on the tracking provided by the manufacturer. The package was then held in customs for an extended period of time that we did not anticipate, and the style was not received until 12/26 and started shipping out 12/27/2023 to open orders. We received your email on 12/23 to cancel the orders that were open / unshipped, and we proceeded to cancel orders that were not shipped yet. The two orders were refunded in full.
We apologize that we could not satisfy your pre-order items in time for the holidays, and confirm the two orders were canceled and refunded in full.
This is far from the experience we expect to provide, and understand your frustrations with our company. We would certainly be upset just as you are.

We ordered a Halloween costume on 9/13 guaranteed to arrive by Halloween. Mia Belle did not ship my item until 10/24 after I filed a case w PayPal for a refund because they would not answer my emails or provide me w tracking information. The costume came the day of Halloween (we needed it the night before so it was useless to us) and it came without the crown it was supposed to have. Mia Belle of course did not reply. I now have a 53.00 Elsa dress- that is now 31.00 on their site- that we will never wear. Thanks, Mia Belle- yall suck!

I just received one of the two items I made the mistake of ordering. It looks like a 2 dollar throw away costume I would buy from Walmart, only Walmart is better than this. I thought oh well I will let her where it for a costume at home. But the inside is rough paper like and feels scratchy. This would be a disaster for a a two year old to wear. No No just No!

Terrible experience! I got a coupon for $10 off and order from the website for my niece. Placed my order on July 22. Did not receive any email confirmation. I emailed Aug 3 and got a respond back saying their system have a glitch and offered me two option. I choose to cancel and requested full refund back. No email for confirmation to cancel yet I received a shipping confirmation with 3 items. I emailed back and specifically requesting to cancel with full refund. I got an email with a refund back to my account in the amount of $43.96 out of $133.92. So far I only received 2 item from the 3 item that was shipped, I ordered total of 8 items. Just terrible experiences! Def not worth the headache for shopping.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They have hundreds of complaints with the BBB. They erase any negative comment(s) from their Facebook page. The quality of their products is very cheap. I ordered face masks and they came undone at the seams after one use and cannot be used again. The company will not refund my money.

It has been over 30 days now, and I have sent emails because I still have not received a tracking number to track my package! No reply on any of my emails and they blocked me! Answer: You can use a handheld steamer to warm and re-shape the netting on the dresses. Or hang the dress in a closed-door bathroom with a hot shower to create steam for around 15 - 20 minutes. Basically, the dress needs steam to be warmed up to be shaped. Great Question!
