Anne it's because most people don't review unless they've had a bad experience, but my experience was good. I bought a couch cover for half the price the same one was on other sites. Arrived within the stated time window, with no damage at all. I will buy from them again
I ordered a letter from Santa for my Grandson. He never received the letter. Called the company 12/26/23. Talked with Maria not sure if it's correct not able to understand but when asked she said yes my name. She said letter was sent out in bulk mail and would receive. Explained the letter from Santa was to be delivered prior to Christmas. She kept repeating it was sent. Mentioned that I would put a complaint with the BBB she stated" GO Ahead ". Order from a more reliable company. Big rip off.
I had ordered 2 personalized ornaments at the beginning of december thinking they would get to me well before Christmas (their delivery says 4-8 business days). It is now 3 days after christmas and I have yet to see my package. I've called customer serivce twice and was told my package had been sent to the wrong state and then to another wrong state and no one in customer service was able to offer an answer or apology. I called to get a refund and they told me they couldn't issue one as the package may still get to me. Totally unhelpful customer service! 4-8 business days doesn't mean 3+ weeks!

Tried three times to get to customer service. Very hard and when I finally got the right number they weren't open yet. I've never had such poor customer service. One of the order takers transferred me to customer service knowing that they weren't open yet. She could have told me what time they opened. The store itself is fine.

I tried calling customer service and reached someone in another country that I could not understand. That person's name was Peter who I could not understand. I received a bill and I do not owe this company any money. I asked to be transferred back to the United States so I could talk to a manager and was hung up on. I called again and was advised that there was nobody in the United States that I could talk to. Any purchases that I had made had been paid for. I will never deal with this company again.

Called about refund and was told check is in the mail, week later still no check. Don't do any business with these people.

They sell no good cheap flimsy products from China. I bought a bath brush for 12.99 that looked like a toy. It looked like something out the Dollar store. Just about everything on this website is no good made in china crap that's a complete ripoff. So unless you want to be screwed out your money buying no good crap dont ship on this site. Even their kichen appliances are crap and dont seem to be made of good quality. This is a complete ripoff. I spend $80. On some crap that was worth no more than $5. I definitely dont recommend. Get your refund and shop some where else!

I was aggravated that when I checked out I was told that my discount code was invalid because of the items I was ordering being discounted. That was not mentioned when I was given the code. I feel it was a dishonest way to lure me in.

10 days and item still has not shipped yet they state you will receive the item no later then 8 business days. Well its been 10 business days still no shipping info and customer service will not cancel keep stating daily it is processing to ship. 10 days of this. Aghhhhh. Horrible

I don't understand how this company is still in business. In addition to all the past reviews of BAD business, they screwed me over as well! This might be nothing to some people (and it obviously was nothing to them!) BUT on 12/5/19, I ordered a personalized ornament for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I received an e-mail right away with a confirmation number and saying "Order processed, order pending shipment" etc. On the 17th it still had not arrived, so I called the next morning. That's when I was told my order was CANCELLED! WTH?! When I asked who cancelled it, they calmly said it was no longer available due to it being a seasonal item! When I said "WHAT?!", they repeated the part that it was due to it was a seasonal item. Then take it off of your website! OR, follow-up with another e-mail explaining that! Not leave YOUR CUSTOMER hanging by thinking it is on the way! You people suck! Learn how to run a mail order business the proper way because you OBVIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW HOW!

I ordered 4 of the same item and received a different item with the same item number as the ones that I ordered. Obviously they switched something inferior compared to what I ordered. I called and explained and this very rude person argued with me from start to finish. She said I could return them but would have to pay for shipping. I told her I wouldn't pay shipping for something I didn't order. She kept arguing and I kept asking to speak to her supervisor. Someone else came on the line and he told me as a courtesy he would e-mail a paid return label. I received the e-mail and downloaded the label to print and immediately I got a computer virus. Coincidence? I don't think so. What kind of a company is this vindictive?

Purchased their Abdominal Support Brief. It is very cheaply made, the elastic band is loose and moves around and supports nothing and since it is just a small band does nothing to slim the body. It is constricting and very uncomfortable. I ended up throwing the garment away after two wearings.

Every time I try to place an order over the phone they tell you a higher price then what the item says it cost. Also when calling to place an order they tell you about a special that you can purchase before connecting you to a representative then when you tell you representative you want to purchase the item that was just told to you they up the price. They are giving a lot of false prices. Do not order from this company. Items are cheaply made and are not true to price. If you don't pay attention you will be scammed. If I could give it zero stars I would give it double zeros.

I was actually pretty happy with the products I got from Miles Kimball. However, I just noticed today I have been charged 16.95 every month for VIP I did not select, and I am sure I deselected on the webpage. If you ever buy from them, be sure to check your bank statements the next few months after your purchase to avoid this VIP scam.

When trying to place an order online, Miles Kimball rejects all credit cards so that you are forced to call in the order. When you do call, they do not give you the same price you found online. What a ripoff!

My order was $68. They charged me THREE times for a total of $207. When I called they said it was pre authorization and to deal with it. I said $137 extra is an extremely pre authorization, one that was never stated on the website. So I emailed them. Two days later I got an email that was literally HALF of a sentence "sounds like a pre". No solution. No customer service AT ALL. AVOIDE THIS COMPANY"

I ordered a alarm clock that had a feature that also showed the temperature of the room it was in. I had it less then 5 months and all of a sudden no temperature in the space for it. I called customer service, I was told you have to call within 45 days so no refund or replacement. Maybe it's me, but shouldn't a brand new clock work more then 45 days especially the extra feature? The clock and alarm work, but I bought it for the extra feature. Maybe they should put how many days an item has to be replaced. It would have only been a $13.00 item to replace. And I would know when my time would be up if it went blank again, Total cheats. With the holidays coming up they are cutting their throats treating people like this, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES PEOPLE!

The 41 ZFLR 11 Jigsaw Roll-Up LG I ordered ($16.36) is totally ridiculous! It's just a piece of felt material and a cardboard cone. The jigsaw puzzle my granddaughter and I want to do is 750 pieces. There is NO WAY that when we want to roll it up and put it in the cylinder cardboard cone that IT WILL FIT! NO WAY! I would return this item but my time and the cost of returning it isn't worth the trouble. I would like to think that I could return it postage paid, and get a full refund. That would (maybe) improve your image. Good by.

Be careful when making any purchases from Miles Kimball! They just add you to there REWARDS PROGRAM and start charging your credit card $14.95 a month without getting your permission! I will never purchase a thing from this company again! I would rather pay a trusted business more money than have MILES KIMBALL RIP ME OFF FOR MONTHS! Do your research as I will in the future!

I placed an order on 4/15/16, was sent a notice with the one item I did receive that my 2 tablecloths were on back-order. Called in May to find that order would not be here until June 14th-17th and sent to me by June 22nd. Called again on June 28th to find out the
Back-order was not to arrive until July 25th and then mailed out to me within 8 days. That means the order I place 4/15 would be 4 months old. When this happened with a different
Catalog co. They sent me a refund of the back-ordered items and then I received an E-Mail when the items were again available. Oh by the way, I cancelled my order to find out that a refund check would take another 3 weeks to receive. I do not consider that very good customer service.

Sent an item back, checked box to return credit to my Visa Card as per the choices given. Your given the choice of return for credit, replace, get a check or refund credit card. They also state that it could take up to three billing cycles for this to happen. So I waited, waited and waited. Finally had just about enough and called them, they stated item was already refunded, and I had to explain to customer service NO, That was the date item was returned. After being placed on hold for about 10 mins, they realized they're mistake and they would go ahead and issue a credit refund back to my visa card. Waited, waited and had to call again, this time they stated credit was issued back to my account. I told them that's strange because I don't have an account with you, i choose to use guest check out when original purchase was made. So finally after 4 months received a check in the mail, even though i originally wanted the visa refund. But at least i got my money back, I guess that is why people are more apt to use Amazon cause they're return refund policy is immediate.

I have been buying from Miles Kimball for years and this year they tell me I signed up for the VIP program and billing me $14.95 a month I know I would never pay that astronomical amount of money for VIP program for Christmas ornaments I buy once a year. I don't pay that much for Netflix or Amazon and you get fantastic service from them. I am just so disappointed in them so I will be buying from someone else at Christmas next year

DONT BUY FROM THEM! I never got my full order took 10 days to get the first part! And the replacement for the rest of my order 10 days later hasnt even reached usps. This company REFUSES to refund me... says per their policy its already shipped im irrate its been over 20 days and i dont have my santa certificates OMG! SO SO SO ANGRY! There is 14 days till christmas and my youngest doesnt know if he is on the naughty or nice list. Because they never sent his! But they did send his brother and sister's... I cant even explain how mad i am.
