The backsplash tile I chose is gorgeous and beautifully made. I received 60 pieces within 2 days of my order. I received several broken sheets. I called the support line and received a call back the same day. My replacement tiles were sent within 24 hours.

I ordered 13 boxes of Matte White 6x6 Block 3D Wall Tiles. The shipping was faster than usual approx 5 days. My only concern was the tiles getting damaged in the process of getting shipped. Well my shipment arrived and only 6 or 7 tiles were damaged. A quick email to Melina at mineral tile and another FedEx shipment is on the way for the damaged tiles. No hassle or back and forth. I would definitely recommend this company!

I ordered almost $400 worth of kitchen tiles for a backsplash and they all came scratched. It was due to the fact of them using cheap shipping materials. There were only single sheets of cellophane place in between each tile so when they moved, 2they rubbed against each other and scratched the glass. So far I can't get Mineraltiles.com to fix it. Very irritating since my home build is waiting for it to be delivered!
