I can say that Miners Depo has surprised me in how fast and timely their customer service is…you wouldn't expect to get answers almost all day and every day, weekends and all…as important, its not a bot or lip service, they tell you they are going to get something done and they do. I was very pleased with the overall experience of buying from Miners Depo. I was a bit leery of the process since there are so many online charlatans ready to 'take the money and run' but I can honestly say that Miners Depo treated me very well. There was a brief issue with the delivery company but it was quickly resolved with a couple of 'back and forth' emails with Miners Depo. Thank you for a good experience. I give them 5 Stars but would give them 100 if I could!

I did a small order first, after I received my product, I immediately did a bulk order of over 20 machines.
Only slightly problem is the parking. BUT this is something normal in Netherlands it's a tiny country.
No perfect English, English is not my first language (I wrote it in English so everyone can see what's going on).

Honestly can't tell how reliable miners depo has been so far. Yes, they did have some hiccups in the beginning which is normal for a company that went from 0 to 100 over night but they're support staff usually responds quick and are active on email which is really great if you need instant answers.
Standard for customer service in the crypto mining industry. Purchased over 7 asic miners to date, started as a novice with 2 asics. Knowledgeable about all aspects. I will be doing business with miners depo going forward.
I have made several purchases, the service is always at a high level. Good competitive prices, competent and friendly employees that respond promptly, politely, taking into account the wishes of the client. Nothing to complain about, everything is fine.
Great customer service. They stayed in constant contact and made me feel at ease from before ordering, through delivery, and after arrival. They were quick to answer any questions after delivery not only about the miner itself but also things like ventilation of the room. Been using the miners for roughly ten days and so far so good.
This was my third order with minersdepo, all orders have come on time or early and fully functioning in original packaging. Prices are always fair with current market value, no price gauging and use qualified shipping experts for customs. Highly recommend!

If you open a very specific support ticket (don't group multiple issues into one ticket) they are very responsive and super friendly. I got my miner back online in less than 24h.
They responded to emails originally, paid close to ******* usd for 5 S19 XP's via BTCpay and now can't access my account, they wont respond to emails and I am not expecting to see anything... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
