I purchased a Minisforum PC and had to return it due to a defect (Order EU7631). The package was delivered to their German pickup point on November 28,2024, but they never retrieved it. After nearly three months of delays, it was sent back to me.
Support originally confirmed I could resend it with reimbursed shipping, but now they are asking for proof of warehouse receipt, which is impossible since they never picked it up. Despite multiple emails, they avoid responsibility and they keep stalling.
Avoid if you expect reliable customer service or a functional return process.
