I ordered clip ins august 11, then needed to change the length they told me not to late and charged me another 15 fee for shipping. Kept asking was going to me before try 30 had a hair appointment for my sisters wedding no response have sent messages emails and no response tried to track my package it keep saying waiting on item from vendor it's the 26th of august and haven't received anything
I used this company as my original hair vendor. It was a HUGE mistake. Every single order was returned by the client for low quality. Do NOT TRUST this company. They have very low quality products.
This company under declared my parcel at 3usds when I paid 152usds for it, and as a result there were huge penalties. FedEx contacted them and asked them to accept the charges but they refused and told me that I should pay the penalty or FedEx should destroy my parcel! And they further refused to give me a refund after telling FedEx to destroy my parcel. They are FRAUDSTERS so good luck ordering from them! ZERO STARS
