We booked a vehicle 2 weeks in advance. On arrival they didnt have the vehicle we booked and we were told either take the lower model at the same price or go somewhere else.

We had to take the vehicle due to a family celebration we were travelling to.

The vehicle was basic and poor and not worth the money paid. Upon complaining minster car hire didnt want to know and in due course they debit our credit card from scratches on the vehicle which were already there. We have no reason the damage a vehicle. Its the overall service at minster car hire that is awful... do not hire from minster car hire. You will be left out of pocket and be given the wrong vehicle booked. The staff tell you to complain to head office and then they ignore you.
