My son (35) died 12. 16. 19 and so I wanted to find some beautiful, meaningful jewelry for my daughter and myself. I found the perfect necklace and bracelets for us. I also bought my little granddaughter a necklace with her name and flower. Also, a personalized bracelet for my best friend who has been told her cancer is back. You will love the sentiments and the quality of these gorgeous pieces. Plus, everything is packaged beautifully! Nice boxes that slide out so you can put your beautiful bracelet or necklace back until you are ready to wear again. (But, I wear mine every day since I've gotten them, so mine just stay in the box overnight. THANK YOU, MINT & LILY! LOVE that I found your wonderful company!

Purchased a pave initial necklace. I wore it two days and one of the stones fell out. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new on right away. However, upon opening the box of the new necklace it was already missing a pave stone! Contacted customer service again who promptly replied that they were so sorry and would take care of it. I could have a replacement or a gift card. I told them I wanted a replacement, again. They promptly replied that they could not give me a replacement for a replacement piece of jewelry and I would have to take a gift card. Ok, I wrote that I'll take the gift card. Again, they promptly write me back that they cannot give me a gift card! And if there was anything else they could do let me know. I told them this is unacceptable and I want my money back. Absolutely no reply after two emails. Would not recommend!
I just received my order from you guys,They were the tiny stackable rings. Very disappointing on quality of name on rings. The rings are very thin and you can barely read names. I have ordered from you before, and every time I get my product it is not what I see on your site. Plus the gold color is really ugly. I am sorry but won't be ordering from you again. I am very disappointed in the ring I purchased from you. It is so thin that you can't even see the birthstones. The ring in the picture appears thicker. The picture must have been magnified, that makes you believe that the band is thicker. Also I have had the ring for 2 days and the plating is coming off and turning my finger black. I would like to send this ring back and receive a full refund or I will have to dispute this charge, with my credit card company. How do I go about sending this ring back?

I ordered personalized earrings and they are at the top of the ugly list never to be worn by anybody I bought them for -they are put away, but the customer service was really nice and she gave me a gift card for the entire amount to buy something else so I did and I honestly, honestly don't like any of that either But live and learn!

Mint and Lily are scam artists and their products are the most cheap and ridiculous jewelry I've ever bought. They target you on IG and it's the first and the last time I'll ever buy any product I see on IG. Not only will they send you these baby sized rings that you have to use a microscope to see any engravings…they will gaslight you via emails into thinking they'll refund your money, (THEY WILL NOT)! They will lie and say they never received the merchandise back that you returned and then will lie to your credit card company to not have to pay. They will try their best to scam you out of your money and then bombard you with emails acting as if they are going to do something. I sent them back their joke of a jewelry and they have lied saying I didn't but I have the paper trail. You've been warned! Do not buy this junk jewelry made in China that you can get at the dollar store! How these people stay in business is unbelievable and don'tbelieve any of the fake 5 and 4 star reviews like I did!

I ordered a customized ring 2 months ago and it still hasn't been shipped/delivered. I received a shipping notification, but it hasn't moved since 3/26 and the notification says the carrier hasn't received the package...hmmm? Could it be that Mint and Lily never actually "shipped" it? I've reached out to customer service and Gina offered me a 15% discount for the inconvenience. I won't be taking them up on the offer. Why would I? Only to spend more money and not receive my item. My next step is to contact the BBB.

If I could give this 0 stars I would... DO NOT order from this company- they are crooks. You return items that are supposed to be refunded but they make you wait for weeks to "credit" you but then never process the credit. I have sent numerous emails and STILL waiting for the credit. Do yourself a favor and skip over the Mint and Lilly website- their items are subpar and you will get the run around!

Ordered a ring for my wife for Xmas. Ring came in and within hours began giving her rash and irritation. I thought it might be residue from manufacturing, so I scrubbed with soap/hot water and let it soak. Next day, different finger, same results. Now, she has other silver jewelry and doesn't have this issue, so clearly their cutting their product. Reach out to customer service...denied the refund because of "custom" job. Ghosted me on store credit. So, where does it leave us? $100 in the hole. And a bad Xmas gift.

My wife purchased 2x rings over the holidays but decided to return them for a full refund (they have confirmed that the rings were received back). We have been communicating with their "Customer Happiness Manager" named Gina Thomas who runs their *******@mintandlily dot com email account who has stated a few times that a refund will be sent back to us; however, it's now February and we still don't have our money. Furthermore, my emails are now being "undelivered" so I am not sure if they blacklisted my email address or if they are running from this issue.

Because it contained one customized item they would not let me cancel the order. This is one of the worst on-lone transactions. The Today Show should vet the companies they promote.

I ordered 2 separate orders from M&L. One I have yet to receive the remainder of from the beginning of December and what was received was damaged and the second order was name rings that you need a microscope to read.
I email their customer service immediately and the responded within a couple of hours.
They asked how I'd like to resolve it. That was a week ago. I responded w 6 separate emails and no one has yet to respond. Also I still am missing 3 items from my original order.
I ordered 2 personalized gold plated thin band rings in size 8. They are closer to a six and the color is brassy and much darker than my other gold rings. Contacted customer service; very apologetic, offered to replace or offer credit. I asked for the credit, and asked how to return the original items. No contact with them since despite 2 additional follow up emails from me.
My son is a nice young man. He's a teenager, and he purchased me a gift from mint and Lily. We waited a month for the package to arrive. We finally got a delivery notification, although no package was delivered at all. Mint and Lily are scammers and they have terrible customer service. Trying to get in touch with a customer. Service agent is nearly impossible. I would not recommend they are terrible. They are scammers.
They sent me the wrong necklace. Since they don't have a customer service phone number, I contacted them at first by email. They asked for same info over and over and promised a replacement by Christmas, then they ghosted me. I contacted by FB, Instagram and Twitter, and they promised action at first, but they never followed through with a tracking number and replacement. Now they are ghosting me on those platforms too. I see they have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Just wanted people to know so they don't make the same mistake.

Purchase at your own risk, shipping takes forever, they refuse to cancel an order long before it has shipped and good luck if the item isn't the right size because they also don't take returns. Basically you'd better be sure it'll be perfect for you or you'll just be throwing your money away.
Put in order, two weeks later still nothing. I contacted customer service via email, their only option, and no response. Tried a second time, still nothing. Buyer BEWARE. I will not place a new order.
