My son (35) died 12. 16. 19 and so I wanted to find some beautiful, meaningful jewelry for my daughter and myself. I found the perfect necklace and bracelets for us. I also bought my little granddaughter a necklace with her name and flower. Also, a personalized bracelet for my best friend who has been told her cancer is back. You will love the sentiments and the quality of these gorgeous pieces. Plus, everything is packaged beautifully! Nice boxes that slide out so you can put your beautiful bracelet or necklace back until you are ready to wear again. (But, I wear mine every day since I've gotten them, so mine just stay in the box overnight. THANK YOU, MINT & LILY! LOVE that I found your wonderful company!
The jewelry was of horrible quality, matching swap meets. My earrings came broken, tarnished and very very dirty with no option for a refund nor exchange. There's a reason they've been on sale for so long.
I ordered 2 months ago, haven't received order. 3 weeks in, I contacted them via email, about my order, mind you they never bothered to contact/update me. At this time I was told that because of staff& supply shortages, they couldn't specify when I would get the order. I requested a refund, and immediately, same email, was told that that they can't refund personalized items. The order has not been made, and I do not want it anymore. They refuse to refund me, although 2 months later, I still do not have the order, and they are still emailing me the same lie, about it already being made. They're obviously stalling. This company customer service practices are horrible, and from what I've read, their product is very cheap quality, and over charged. I will continue to fight for my refund.

Aggravating purchase! Mint & Lily communicated delays in starting the order and I requested to cancel since it would arrive too late for my needed gift. Surprisingly, they refused even though the order was not started. They went ahead and made the necklace. After I received notice the order was complete and shipped, it took another 10 days to arrive. After I received the necklace no longer useful for my gift, the biggest surprise is the necklace itself. The letters in the name Alex look like Aex. This purchase caused me nothing but aggravation and wasted money, so proceed with caution if you are considering placing an order.

I bought three gifts a month ago and I never received my order. I sent an email to customer service twice and the second time they just told me there was an error with my order. Obviously I asked for a refund and now I am running buying the gifts in a different place.
Don't buy from them! Spend a little bit extra and go somewhere else. Because at least from any other company you will receive your order. I still haven't received my order and it's been... 24 days mint&lily says they're not responsible for the delivery taking so long... And the customer service rep sound like a robot never addressing my issue just repeating himself. Patrick was rude and disconcerned. The package has been in Jamaica Queens for 10+ days. I live in CT I would have gladly drove the 2½hours to go pick it up myself of they offered. Instead of checking the tracking number every day feeling like I'm going bananas... Lies sneakyness

I purchased 2 sets of custom earrings one pair for my daughter and other for myself. While my daughter earrings was perfect but my earrings the post was not put in the same spot on both earrings which made one of my earrings backwards. The post should have been in the middle. Smh They also took over a month to be delivered. But other then that they was nice.
I made a purchase through mint and lily and revived no confirmation or order number. They charged my card and after weeks of waiting I contacted them about my purchase. They said they had no record of my purchase associated with the name or email I used. They asked for proof from my bank that they charged my card. When I gave it to them they said they'd try to look into it and didn't do anything further. Had to go through my bank to get my money back.

I purchased two bracelets for my daughters. They never came and when I asked for a refund the company kept telling me to be patient. I never received the bracelets or money. Don't be scammed like me, shop smart.
Mint & Lily is an unethical company. I placed an order with them in November. I reached out late December because I did not receive my order. They would only issue me a store credit. I placed another order with the store credit in addition to paying MORE money. Again, I did not receive my order, so I reached out. They sent me an email notification the delivery failed and was unfulfilled. They refunded me for one item. They refuse to issue me a full refund because I used a store credit for the product I ordered. The store credit I used was for product I did not receive. Again, they have the documentation the delivery was failed. I have no products from them and am out the money for the orders. This is the same as stealing and is theft. They are not reliable and do not follow through. Save your money from being scammed. I reached out to the better business bureau to assist me.

I ordered two bracelets in December 2021. One on Dec 28th and the other on Dec 29th. I made the mistake of not researching the company first. They charged my credit card immediately, but to this day (Jan 12th) I have only received emails telling me they are running behind. I think they are not intending to ever fill my order. I was only able to load one proof of purchase photo. I have the other if you need it.

I ordered Christmas gifts in early November. Customer service has said the item was shipped twice. The only message I get is a labeled was produced. The item never ships. Ugh. I wouldn't order from them!
I ordered this necklace and when I received it it is a beautiful piece. Unfortunately it's too small for me. I emailed them they said that they would make it up and I have yet to get a response email I sent the necklace back by UPS and I keep sending emails and I'm being ignored and I just feel that is not the best practice for a business who wants to have repeat, and new customers I raved to my coworkers and families about this business and now I get the pleasure of telling them that they do not provide good customer service like I thought they were every new person is a potential business who could refer many more people for future business so I am not happy with the service. They can the necklace that I returned and obviously they need the money so I'm sure I'm not getting a refund so merry Christmas to you. Buyer beware. Customer service goes along way because people have choices and obviously and unfortunately I made the wrong decision dealing with this company. It's the principal.
This company is a fraud. I ordered an item on April April 26th with the promise of a 2 day delivery. I have to constantly contact them to get updates and they never reach out to me first. It's May 20th and today they tell me the item is out of stock…almost a month after I ordered it for Mother's Day. All they tell me is that they will reach out when the item is shipped and nothing else. Their customer service is horrible. Don't let them take your money like this.
I ordered 3 pieces on November 26th and was told 7-10 days on 2 of the pieces and 2 weeks on the other. Here we are at December 23rd and I have nothing. I have called to no answer or voice mail and sent 3 emails with nothing but an auto respond message. Where is customer service? I ordered these as a Christmas Gift and I sent at least 4 emails regarding my order. How do you spell Grinch- M*i*n*t* & * L*i*l*y… Can't wait to tell our 3 nieces that those necklaces they wanted so badly for Christmas will not be what they get even though the order was placed Dec 8th and I continue to receive last minute shopping ideas from them they couldn't manage to fulfill this order. After reaching out to them repeatedly I heard from them 2 times "promising to make it right and apologizing for the inconvenience" they then went silent… no phone number to speak to a rep - just email which they choose not to answer. If I could give them zero or negative stars I would. Gina Thomas their "Customer Happiness Manager" is failing to do her job! Having ordered from them before (although it wasn't Christmas time with their "increased order volume " which is clearly problematic) I will not be a customer after this and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

The items were sent so late ( and I paid for expedited shipping) they were long after the event and they refused to speak to me on the phone, even after several requests. They are a complete sham.
I was excited to find two personalized necklaces for my girls for Christmas at mint & lily, I placed my order on 11/28 and was charged on that same day. Much to my surprise I received an email on 12/24, a month after being charged, that my order is delayed. I understand that there are supply issues, that we are in a pandemic, that there are unforseen circumstances, but I feel as if they could have let me know before Christmas Eve that my items would not be arriving. I had no time to replace these items. When I wrote back on 12.24 with my concern it then took 2 weeks for a response (1/7) and the reply was simply to provide me with the tracking number and to say it arrived and if I didn't receive it check with a neighbor. I don't need to be schooled on how to get my mail. What I would have liked was an acknowledgement that - yeah we should have let you know earlier that it wouldn't be arriving and not Christmas Eve, we should have replied earlier than two weeks and we'll take this up with our response team. Or whatever internal quality control would be in order to provide better customer service. I'm fortunate that I can save these for my girls birthdays in Feb, but disappointed in the customer service. The necklaces are stainless steel and I hope they hold up over time. What I thought was the real kicker was when I was looking at their site online and saw - "Order In Stock Items with Next Day Air Shipping by Dec. 22nd for Christmas Delivery!" I had no idea if I ordered an 'in stock' item but this felt like false advertising to me. I just think they can do better!
