My Mustang convertible paint was scratched by the brushes and i cancelled my membership. The technician took my insurance and license info and I never and comp; laints heard from anyone again. Terrible service and bad PR for a new business. I called and the manager wasnt in until Saturday! I called on Thursday morning after 3 weeks of silence from the operators. The business is a joke and doesnt respect customers at all. Likely there will be law suits by many customers who are neglected as complaints are ignored.

I used this car wash once and my van is scratched on the hood, the sided of my van and the back of my van, I will never use this car wash again. Back to hosing it off by hand again, andit wasn't that clean when it was finished. Bugs still on windshield and front of van.And by the looks of the reviews, waste of time to complain.
After many attempts to get Mint Car Wash to own the responsibility of ripping my antenna off the roof of my car, tearing out the bolts that held it, my own insurance co. Had to step up and pay for the damage.($1800. 00) This is just another rip off of the insurance co by Mint Car Wash. THEIR insurance should have paid. The two owners are bullies, crooks, and liars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!
