I love the over-all shopping experience with them. At times, the dress isn't available and that's completely understandable in retail business. I didn't run out option because there are just too many different kinds to choose from. I'm excited for my next party event. I'll go back to this site again for sure.
Took my money within an hour of order 20 days later no dress no refund. They lie and say the store is closed owner unavailable. It's incredible that these type of people get to run a business. Shame on you.

Brides AVOID! Please avoid this company at all cost. I was sent 5 bridesmaid dresses, 4 of which were too small... I don't mean an inch or two I mean 2-3 dress sizes... My bridesmaids referred to the size chart on the website and ordered sizes true to that. Bridesmaid A is a UK size 10, one of the 10's fit her perfectly... the other could not zip up at all it was that small at the back. I have asked to speak to the manager 12 TIMES! And still they have never spoken to me on the phone. Please read the small print... which completely breaches consumers rights!
A seamstress advised it was a huge task to fix and told me Missessdressy had got their sizing wrong... Missesdressy wouldn't offer any money towards the alterations or a refund... claiming they were special order, they were NOT, then asked that I send pics of the dressy not fitting - which I did their response " you bridesmaids don't look like size 10's (even though I ordered size 18 and 20 also) you have measured them wrong its your fault. They did not apologise or even refer to the fact this this must be hugely stressful 3 months before my wedding date.
The tags on the dress said that they could be returned if not removed. They cost £560 which they are claiming I will not get back. I have had to buy 5 new bridesmaid dresses from elsewhere - All fit perfect and all apparently the same size as Missesdressy... please do not buy bridesmaid dresses here! They will threaten to ruin your big day scandalous...
Be forewarned: Even if their website says that you can exchange or return their dresses--you can't! This is a shady online business. The dresses are garbage compared to the pictures on the site, really low quality, and the fit is bizarre, insanely tight in odd places, like around the lower ribs. (I tried writing a review on their website, but it wouldn't show up; their rating system is rigged.) When I called to ask to exchange the dress (after discovering that, although their website says you can return the dress, in fact, if you read the fine print elsewhere, it says that "special order dresses"--which this one was, and which most of them are--can't be returned--I was told when I called that I couldn't exchange it either (even though the website doesn't say that), because in order to exchange a dress, you first have to return the dress, which they don't allow. Wow. Great logic, slime balls. Elsewhere in their store policies they use the terms "return" AND "exchange," but on the phone they’ll act as if those two transactions are the same thing. Please save yourself the pain of doing business with this company.

After posting about a positive purchase, my second purchase has been a disaster, spoke to " Live Chat " about a dress and I got a reply that the dress was available by my wear by date which was 14 days later, ordered the dress, they took the money from my Paypal account and then I was told " This is a special order and will take take at least 8 working weeks for completion and then dispatch time, when I questioned that their website did not state a Special Order " they have not replied, avoid this site

I bought a dress on June 4 - Misses dressy called me 5 days later to advise me that the dress is no longer available. I asked for a full refund - they notified me that it would take 7-10 business days to process a refund and I was okay with that although it seemed bizarre that they would need so long in today's day and age. Shortly after I received an e-mail from Missesdressy offering me a $100 store credit for my inconvenience. I patiently waited the 10 days and called them to inquire about my refund which I still had not received they advised that they had not yet processed my refund because they were waiting my reply to the e-mail that they sent- I was very upset and asked to speak to the manager who was not available, I asked that the refund be processed immediately and I wanted a phone call confirming as such ( I had to call back and confirm - they did not call me) and I was told I had to wait another 10 business days. Well... its been another 10 business days and guess what no refund - I called again to ask all the age could tell me was that it is being processed. Again I asked to speak to a manager who again is too busy. So to recap I bought a dress that they did not have and they kept my money ( its been just about a whole month!) Next stop- the better business bureau

I chatted with customer service to ask about a dress, she said yes there is one item left, she lied to me, I bought the dress after I made sure the dress is available, nothing I received, no confirmation email, the dress was 750$
I contacted them again to ask about confirmation email, they told me they sent it, but they didn't, and told me that the date of shipment will be beyond the date if wear, because item is not available, they lied to me at first
I asked to cancel my order, but they give me offer I refused because I wanted my money back

Can't tell me when my daughters dress! Is not guaranteed at all! Poor customer service! The most terrible serviсe I have faced ever. I needed a dress for my Birthday Party and found this site telling the orders ship the same day. As was not sure that russian post will deliver the shipping quickly I asked my friend who was luckily in Florida to give her address as a receiver. I was pretty happy. I chose 2-days shipping for additional cost. Everything promised to be ok. But... Next day(!) (remember about tag "this item ships same day") I received a letter asking to confirm the address. Ok, I sen it. You know few hours later I received a letter that they can't open attached docs. Next 2 days I wrote them lots of letters and attached docs each time and never got the answer. Then I entered the live chat they have and told the whole story. I was told that the assistant will check and let me know by letter when it's gonna be shipped. It was 10 hours ago. Now I entered the chat and another assistant told me they couldn't open docs. It's jpeg, they must be joking. So the result: I'm not having my dress because of terrible service that made me feel like I'm a fool not capable to attach docs.

I just bought my wedding dress and I received excelent service from Celeste, who was very patient and answered all my questions. I def recommend this site to everyone. High quality.
Last year I purchased my junior prom dress from an online source and had good results, so I figured I may as well buy online this year too. I ordered my dress and spent $20 for 2 day shipping just in case. It took my dress about 5 business days to be shipped, which I knew prior to ordering it. It did arrive within 2 business days, and was packaged very neatly as to not damage any of the beading. I like my dress, but it does look different from what I thought I was ordering. I went on the website of the designer, Nina Canacci, and looked at the dress there, and that looked more like what I got. So while it is a genuine designer dress, it is not necessarily what I thought I would be getting. This site seems fairly trustworthy, but you may want to search the dress # on whatever the website of whoever designed it to see what you really may be getting. The service is very good though. Again, I like my dress, I just would've liked to see a more accurate representation of it. The photo I saw was not the dress I received.
Dress is great! Wish I could say the same for the business. Return policy states they accept returns if shipped within 3 days of receipt with an authorization number. I called on day 2 for an authorization number hoping to exchange my daughter's dress for one size larger. What do you know? Coincidentally, the size she needs is out of stock. Yeah right! On day 4, I checked the website and it was showing the dress to be in stock. I called back to see if they would make an exception and allow me to exchange since the dress was now available. Nope. They strictly only accept exchanges within 3 days even if it is their fault that you weren't able to exchange within their allowed time frame. Furthermore, since my mailing address was different from my billing address, I received a request for address verification via email along with a request for a copy of MY DRIVER'S LICENSE! They said this was for my protection and to prevent identity theft! Did I mention they asked for this info AFTER they had charged my credit card?! At that point, I became very suspicious and asked that they just cancel my order and refund my card. They wouldn't do that because they have a no-refund policy! I had to change my shipping address in order to receive the $600 dress I had already paid for! Never again will I order from Misses Dressy and I will be sure to tell all my friends about their rotten customer service!
