I ordered my dress a few weeks ago and I just received it yesterday. I thankfully did not need it for a specific event or any particular date so I would just advise to keep that in mind. I saw a lot of others having issues with dresses being sent and such. I guess I'll consider myself lucky I even received the dress. Other than that, the dress is simply lovely and exactly what I hoped it would be. I would give them another look due to their selection and prices but not if I had to have the dress by a certain date.

They refuse to refund even when they are in the wrong. Dresses two weeks later then the stated date of arrival (in black and white on the order.)

Dont touch this company. Same dresses can be ordered form other more trustworthy companies.

I ordered a $300 La Femme dress. The dress i received could have, in no way, been an actual La Femme gown. The dress was paper thin, feather light and see through! The material was very cheap, and the padded bra area crinkled like it had straight paper inside. I am completely dissatisfied with my purchase and I just sent the dress back today. I will take on trying to get my money back as well. STAY AWAY! I should have known better and shopped at a local boutique.

From my first purchase, they are very helpful and consistent in what they are doing, they delivered my dress on time days before my wear date to make sure I have all the time If I need alterations! I can't imagine why there negative reviews for this company. Might be an isolated incident. Anyway, i'm giving this company a 5 star for meeting my expectation. Actually way beyond my expectation. Got my daughter's dress from them and it was so lovely and stunning given that the dress is not that pricey. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.

Missesdressy has excellent customer service, the agents were able to help me find a beautiful dress for my event. It was shipped earlier than the date promised and it was perfect. I will buy my dresses from this site from now on. Try it!

We visited grandma at Long Island City, then decided to dropped at Missesdressy NYC store. The dresses was so incredible! I picked the Sherri hill dress in green, it was so pretty. Plan to get another on our next visit.

I've bought dresses from different websites and I realize that anything can be off the rack. They are retailers, not the designers (or the supplier)! And how many retailers are out there? Well, MissesDressy is just one of the many retailers and I highly recommend buying from this site than going elsewhere.

In my experience, the availability of the dresses on their website at the time I order were almost accurate. When it says in stock, I had no problem getting my dress on time. But there was one instance the dress I ordered was already sold out, they contacted me the next day. And that's not a deal-breaker -- they are retailers, not the ones who actually make the dress -- anything can be off the rack at any time!

So, I give my highest rating for service!

I have 3 daughters so far 2 of them found the dream dress with Missesdressy.com, I'm in UK planning to visit the showroom soon to pickup some on sale items for me, I'm so happy its all went fine for both of them, absolutely outstanding service

Hello world :) , I received my order with the free offer gift included, offer is sent as advertised the dress looks wonderful they never missed a detail, tracking code is updated till the delivery moment with the shipping carrier. I figured I can review today, so happy walking to my event tonight :)

The worst store ever. Super unprofessional. I ordered a dress that was displayed online in the color that was displayed, they sent me a completely different color. When I called asking for a refund because I had no time and trust to order another one, they said the only thing they could do is the a store credit. I showed the pictures of both dresses and how different they were, they came up with the excuse that "The color of the dress might seems different from what was shown on the website depending on the lighting used when the picture was taken." Excuse me? What kind of light is this that changes a color from silver and brown to yellow and gold? They are forcing me to buy another one from their store by holding my money there even after they messed up with my order. Spam store. When I talked to the manager before I had returned the dress, she promised me a refund, now she doesn't even return my calls. Don't buy there ever! Can't trust them at all.

Ordered a designer dress, received email stating shipping address did not match my Credit card. They stated in order to ship I needed to sign a special authorization form and provide a copy of my government issued ID. I called my credit card company who confirmed the charge had been posted to my account.

I first ordered my wedding dress from a local store here and they have ruined my plans! A month before my wedding they have left me with no dress still because of some production issue whatever. Terrible customer Service! You are put on hold for hours... you give up and try another day. To learn you are now outside of the "7 day return policy". They make no effort to help you. Horrible experience, trust me never never buy from them!

It's close to one-stop shopping when I order from them for the first time. I got a lovely dress, heels and an accessory. All good and I'm happy with my purchase (fits my budget!) :D :D
