I am happy with the number of options I was given. I was in desperate need of an outfit for an unexpected party in a weekend. It was Wednesday and crossed fingers as I completed my online purchase. The options I am referring to were based the following:

1. I liked a dress but it says 5-7 business days processing but they offered me a drop ship to cut it short. But i think the fee is kinda high. It should be worth it but i considered the next option instead.
2. ships today dresses that they can ship immediately. What's great in this option is that they have a wide selection of dresses in stock at their store in NY that they can pull out to ship to customers. I paid extra for rush shipping.

Great stuff! Have a wide collections of gorgeous dresses! I made an order, for E3757 by Terani Couture Evening, received it yesterday, the dress looks stunning. I only need a little alterations on the hem but the rest are perfect! I love it!

I tried on a Mother of the Groom Gown at a bridal store in North Carolina for $560. Loved it, but had plenty of time and didn't want to spend that much, so I thought I would continue looking around. 3 months later, I found it at Misses Dressy as a final sale because it was now discontinued. Knew the size I tried on in the store, loved the way it looked, so I bought it for $280 as a final sale, at Misses Dressy at 50% off. It arrived in 2 days from NY and is absolutely perfect quality! With original tags, etc.

We ordered a prom dress, and when we returned it had to fight for a credit. Tried to order 2 different dresses with the credit and they never came. Now they say I have no more credit. They don't answer me calls, emails or letters. Don't order from Missesdressy.com

I ordered a dress by Alyce Claudine. It was delivered to me to Dubai in just 5 days. It was just a little bit big for me up top but it is a beautiful beautiful dress. Only downside would be that I didn't get the free silicone bra with it but that might be because of Dubai's silly rules. After reading the reviews I was $#*!ting myself but thankfully, I had a great experience and am overall very happy. I'd recommend it for sure.

One of the most awaited event was my 20th birthday. My mom allowed me to choose the dress that I really liked. My event was fast approaching and it really gave me a hard time. I talked to someone at missesdressy if she could ship the Sherri hill dress immediately. Surprisingly, it arrived on 2 weeks before my wear date. You are so Super Missesdressy!

I was very anxious about buying my wedding dress online, mostly worried about the shipping time. But I can say it was all a great experience, Rita and May were great helping me out, my dress arrived earlier than expected and it is gorgeous! Cant wait for my big day. I have been trying for two days to purchase a dress for my daughter. I got Rita on line to chat with, and she stayed on the line the whole time with the bank to figure out why my card was not working. She was patient and didn't rush things. I got my dress only because of the caring and time Rita took to help me. What a great employee you have in her.

If there is anything below a one I will rate it without hesitation, this website is a fraud, i paid over $1200 in dresses and they sent me a wrong dress and they want me to pay the return shipping and they wont be giving me a refund, only store credit, the policy says in case of return not is case of sending the wrong dress. Fortunately for me my mother is a lawyer and I will sue for fraud, they just don't know it yet.

Customer service was a big plus for me. Dolly popped up on chat and couldnt have come at a better time as I had to order a last minute dress and wanted to find out shipping time etc. She was extremely helpful and patient with me and guided me on how to place my order and create an account. Will definitely order from Misses Dressy again thanks to Dollys friendly service!

I was searching for the perfect gown for our December cruise and after buying from several other sites only to be told, that one is no longer available in my size or that one is discontinued, I found one here at MissDressy.com. Made the purchase on Tuesday and it arrived in Florida on Friday! Not only does it fit like it was made for me, other than needing hemmed it is absolutely beautiful! Absolutely horrendous-stay very far away. I have had close to $1000 'taken' from me with absolutely nothing to show for it. I ordered over two months ago and did not receive the dresses ordered in time for their intended purpose. I ordered from the ships immediately section, but unfortunately their definition of immediately is close to 60 days later. I attempted to cancel this order two days after placing my order, before they placed the order with the company for the dresses, but no one would respond to me. Instead, once I finally got someone to respond to me through the better business bureau, they have refused to refund my money and want to charge me about 25% of the total cost to cancel the order. Please stay away from this website. Their web content is egregiously misleading and they are not a company that consumer's need to keep in business.

I wish I had read some reviews but this company was a nightmare. I poor daughter fell in love with a dress and per the website we would have it in 3-5 business days, what they didn't tell you was that it was 3-5 days from when they receive it from the designer, i kept calling and calling and then finally after 2 weeks they advised me that the dress came in damaged and that they were returning it and having another shipped out. We didn't have time to wait for another dress! I was so upset I cancelled the order and began the search for the dress somewhere else only to find out they lied about the replacement dress because it was out of stock, my daughter found another beautiful dress and Jennifer at Princessbridalgowns.com, she was so helpful and even had the dress drop shipped directly to us to save time and at her own expense, I can't thank her enough!

I got sent a dress that was the wrong size. It had the manufacturers size on it, which was NOT the size I ordered, then someone put another label with a different size next to that label. I have many dresses from this brand in my size, which I know is small, and I also know what the manufacturers size label looks like. So they sent me a medium and they labeled it a small. When I emailed them to ask for the correct size, they informed me of their return policy of $40 "shipping" for the first dress and additional fees for additional dresses. They also only gave me 3 days from date of receipt to return the dress and it was a holiday weekend! I emailed them back expressing my dissatisfaction and got no further response.
This company has terrible customer service and ridiculous return polices, especially when in this case it was their mistake! I will never use this site again

Visiting Missesdressy website relieves my anxiety. The style, the fabric, the color and everything with the dress. My cousin and I ordered for a La femme in black color and open in back. After 2 weeks of waiting, unexpectedly we received a very elegant and for me a perfect dress. The color and the style was so stunning! We really can count on you guys.

I ordered a dress from Sherri Hill and I'm more than happy. The dress arrived in Croatia within 5 days, even they told us they would come for 2 weeks. The size from the site correspond to the dress completely.
