I love the over-all shopping experience with them. At times, the dress isn't available and that's completely understandable in retail business. I didn't run out option because there are just too many different kinds to choose from. I'm excited for my next party event. I'll go back to this site again for sure.
Took my money within an hour of order 20 days later no dress no refund. They lie and say the store is closed owner unavailable. It's incredible that these type of people get to run a business. Shame on you.

I live in Australia and bought a wedding dress from MissesDressy.com in September 2015 - It was a special order so I had to wait a few months for delivery. In October 2015 I received a parcel and it contained the wrong dress - I contacted Customer Service and they provided their account details for DHL and asked me to send the incorrect parcel back to the United States - I had to organise everything from my end with DHL, after I send the parcel I received an invoice from DHL for $151 AUD ($108 USD) for the freight charges because the number provided by MissesDressy was an invalid account - I contacted the customer service team multiple times, by phone, email, chat - constantly for over 1 month and they would just say "sorry for the inconvenience, we are looking into the issue" after a while they started ignoring all my emails - no one ever replied to give me an update - I had to pay the DHL invoice out of my own pocket - I paid for their mistake because they sent me the wrong dress! Absolute thieves - they get the dress back, sell it to someone else, make a profit and ignore all my emails. I wish I knew better and not sent it back - I would have saved so much money.
Terrible business, worst customer service. I would never recommend the website to anyone! Please save yourself the money and stress and shop somewhere else. I've never had a worse online shopping experience.

It's the first time for me to write about my personal shopping experience, and because I truly think it might help some other people to decide where to shop with confidence I wouldn't have written it with such details!
My first order with misses dressy was supposed to be in size 6, when I received the dress it was a size 6 on the Tag but size 8 according to the measurements, so I took photos and contacted the customer service. The situation was even more complicated when the designer confirmed it's the correct size!
But because they really set a "Role Model" for the word Customer Service, they still trusted my word and issued a return for the dress
I got a phone call from May in the customer service admitting that indeed there was a mistake in size apologizing for any inconvenience and she immediately escalated the issue to Rita her manager who helped me through the whole process to get the exact same dress with the correct size.
The second dress was one of two pieces from a discontinued style!
Unfortunately I received the dress defected and again missesdressy proved to be worthy of my trust. Rita provided me with an exceptional service, she made her calls and exerted all her efforts to chase the last piece of the dress I like! And although she knew that that this dress is that last piece in a discontinued line and could come with defects, she never quit on me. She could have taken the easy way out and offered any kind of compensation or exchange but she was persistent to make me satisfied and happy with my purchase.
Rita, you are a star! You truly provided me with an exceptional service and I'm very proud being your customer.

You might be able to find the same products of missesdressy in many other stores, but I doubt you'll be getting the same service specially if due to any unforeseen circumstance you found yourself stuck with a dress and no one wants to help you!
I ordered a dress for a wedding. On the check out page it said usually ships within 5-7 business days. The dress took over three months to arrive. When it did arrive it didn't fit even though I ordered a size bigger than I normally do to ensure it would fit. I returned it because I could no longer use it for the wedding and was then on a time crunch to find a dress that would work. Upon returning it, I was only credited $98 for a $138 dress. In the terms and conditions it says "d. You will be given full store credit valid for six months at MissesDressy.com, on the first dress you return. This will be credited to your MissesDressy account and applied against your next purchase." I obviously was not give a FULL refund. Additionally, the email I received detailing my store credit (only way I could get money back), said nothing about the credit expiring in 6 months. If I am not mistaken, money spent, in way of gift cards or store credits, can never expire. If you buy something at Macy's and get a store credit, it does not expire. That is pretty universal. Regardless, there is a serious issue of with transparency to customers here. They obviously are in the business of ripping customers off by being misleading and feigning due dilligence by referring back to their T&C's which are unfair to customers. Additionally, when I called to discuss the initial issue of being misled on the shipping time frame, their customer service was horrible. I could not understand the representative because of her thick accent. She made no effort to work with me on a solution or be empathetic. Overall horrible experience. I am left feeling ripped off by a business that is in it to take advantage of people.
Pretty efficient but a very very disappointing refund/exchange policy. Will not be shopping again unfortunately.
