I love the over-all shopping experience with them. At times, the dress isn't available and that's completely understandable in retail business. I didn't run out option because there are just too many different kinds to choose from. I'm excited for my next party event. I'll go back to this site again for sure.
Took my money within an hour of order 20 days later no dress no refund. They lie and say the store is closed owner unavailable. It's incredible that these type of people get to run a business. Shame on you.

On May 2014 I bought a dress from this site for $318.00. When the dress arrived I was shocked by the color for it was completely different to the one they advertise. On the website the dress looks gorgeous because the color is very bright and it fade on the bottom. Well the fading is almost not noticeable because the tone of the color its different and the dress looks like it have been expose to the sun for weeks. In other words it looks old and sad. I called customer service and tried to see if there was anyway I could change the dress. I explained that for family issues I couldn't get the dress in those "3 days" absurd and very convenient return policy they have, but the person in customer service was heartless. They advertise this dress in pictures showing colors that will attract the customers, the customer will buy the dress and once you buy the dress you are trap because even if they let you return, this is going to be for a credit in their store, you will never have your money back. Unfortunately I trusted that the site will send what they advertise because the dresses are very expensive and on the "About Us" site link they advertise that " The focus of MissesDressy is to make customers happy". Well the color is a lie as it is customer happiness and satisfaction. There is not a warning about the color can be different than in the photo and I believe its very convenient with their return policy they have, after all it doesn't matter if they sell something they don't have... they will have the customer money anyway. Also this dress have 3 reviews and they all say the dress its amazing, so I went and wrote my review which is bad for then of course and I'm still waiting to see it, because its not there. So its evident they lie about the reviews too. I have been now reviewing the reviews on many dresses and still I cant find a negative one. I wonder if not even one of all the people complaining on the BBB didn't write a negative review in their website. I have a complain with this business on the Better business bureau still open. They have been on business for 5 years and already have 124 complains on the BBB. Don't buy from this people! Unless you are very lucky you will loose your money!

I also had a horrible experience. I ordered a dress about a year ago for my birthday. I overnighted the dress. It arrived not as pictured - low quality and fit. I returned it and asked for a refund given that the dress was so bad. At the time, the store did not have a refund policy, so I got a store credit. There was no other option. I had no intension of shopping on this site EVER again. A few months after, the store changed their policy to give customers refunds. I called several times and during numerous occasions I was told that "my refund is in the mail." Needless to say, that mail never came... I had to called back several times to be either told that accounting is out of the office, on vacation, or not available. Finally, after 1 hour of being placed on hold and several dropped calls, I got thru to accounting. Then, the accounts payable clerk spent about 10 minutes yelling at me saying that I will never get my money back and my store credit has expired anyways. They said, that they *might* be able to issue a new credit and I should be really glad that they are doing this favor for me. So, basically, after spending 1 hour on the phone, treated poorly, yelled yet and being told that "customer is always right policy is something that was in place VERY LONG TIME AGO and does not exist here at Misses Dressy" I was left with nothing... I am not sure what to do next? I really hope that Maytal Sutton - the owner of the store - is not aware of how her employees are treating the customers... she seems like a very intelligent, smart and confident business person and I would be very disappointed if she approved the way I was treated.
In short - DO NOT SHOP HERE if you have any doubt about the size or fit. Once you give them your money, you will probably NEVER get that money back...:(
UPDATE – It has been 10 days since the conversation took place with the store manager where she promised to reissue my store credit. My store credit has not been reissued.
Well, after reading reviews for both Missesdressy and Promgirl, I ended up hedging my bet towards Missesdressy because it had the most positive reviews and I'll be adding to that note.
I ordered my Lara ******* dress at least a week ago and today I picked it up at the local postal office.
I didn't bother reading all those reviews with one stars because they're not giving these people much of a chance, I think they're just fine. IT JUST DEPENDS ON THE DRESS YOU'RE GETTING. Brand etc. Read their testimony or whatever, they list like 3 brands that they aren't "manufactor authorized dealer" or what not.
One thing I didn't understand was why they asked for the wear date [in my case, the day of my Prom]. So, to keep a secret between you&me, I lied and said it was January 28th, 2012 when its actually March 17th, 2012 so I'm not sure if that's why I received it so "quick". Hmm.
Yeah, they're probably Chinese runned but that shouldn't concern you. That's prejudice to think that by that fact that they're bad at customer services or doing business.
All in all, I'm happy my dress came in great shape [they provided a hanger plus a matching shawl, don't know if its complimentary or comes with the dress], I ordered it a size larger just in case measurements were wrong and I could get it tailored. After I fitted myself into the dress, the measurements on the site are ACCURATE. Haha, to my dismay in a sense. Well, i'll just shimmy on over to the tailor, fine by me.
