I ordered my dress from MissesDressy a month ago and I just received it much later than the 1-2 weeks I was told it would take to ship. The dress is stunning so I am ultimately very happy with the product they provided me but they need to get their shipping estimations in order if they want any repeat customers.

I was fortunate enough to swiftly pay, place my order, and after a week or so, got my dress. The customer service was not perfect, but efficient enough in my book. If you're highly technical about things you purchase then you shouldn't be buying stuff online. Just my opinion.

I purchased from MissesDressy back in December and while everything about shipping and such was fine the dress itself did not fit the way I had hoped. Guess that is the risk I took when ordering a dress online. Off to get alterations now but the dress really is wonderful.

I had some questions regarding the material composition of an evening gown I'm interested in and I got help from JACE. I'm so grateful for his great support! He answered all my questions within a minute and made me feel that I'm in good hands.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Do not buy from this website - they are dishonest and not reputable. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. The dress arrived with flaws. I requested a replacement but because it was not within 3 days they would not take responsibility for shipping flawed merchandise. I paid over $400 for a dress that cannot be worn. They don't follow any of the policies on their website except the 3 day return policy and that policy is never communicated to you at the time of ordering, purchase or receipt. Also the 3 day policy is to prevent wearing the dress and returning but they were well aware my event date was 6 weeks away and the dress could never have been worn in the condition it was received. If you order from this website, you risk a big chance of being ripped off. Read the other reviews, they all reflect poor to non-existent customer service and loss of money. This company has close to 100 complaints with the BBB. Beware.

Seemed like a roller coaster ride shopping experience. With the prom event at bay, it's no longer a smooth ride to find what you really want. It could have been that easy if i'm making choices for myself but with a niece who is as meticulous than i am... it was challenging! Dress we got cannot be found elsewhere but special order, and this website had it - we doubted if it's fake. We did a little background search (LOL) and they are really AUTHENTIC. Just sad to see some bad reviews but with our shopping experience with them, i don't think they are what the bad reviews say. I hope someone might see this comment helpful,... get in contact with them, always ask, ask and ask what you need. And you won't regret! You will get the worth of the $ you paid for

G'day. Greetings from Australia... A dear friend from states has recommended me to come to this website for my bridesmaids dresses. There aren't good stores I can find from here and this website has really given me a great deal. A minimal charge for rush processing, customisation on the length and International fast shipping. I look forward to receiving the dresses and I am confident they will be as better-looking than they are in pictures. I wish I could have ordered my wedding dress from them also. But I will be happy to use their service again in future events.

I order one jacket xxl, they send me a medium, they started to negotiate offering 10% back only, was their mistake and i have to pay 90% bucause the sent the wrong item! Where can we do something to stop this scam companies doing millions, other than this i paid shipping $5.50 and arrived one month after.

They have the best selection of items but I wasn't able to get the dress I really liked. Fair enough because I looked for it everywhere and no store could either get me one. So my order was cancelled since it's not in stock. I like how they approach me with a store credit that I can keep for a year (they even offered a little extra). It was a good offer but I would prefer my money back. It ended up well anyway. And the next time I would need a special dress, I'll go back to this site again!

I went to mickey's house, she's my friend since highschool. We decided to order a dress at Missesdressy in same style but differ in sizes. We're arguing about when will it be here because we need the dresses before the end of June, we ordered it right away. After 2 weeks of waiting it really made our day.We just smiled when we received the dress prior to our wear date. Good service Missesdressy.

The customer service is exceptional. They helped me find a dress and emailed me selections. Finally I got the dress I always dreamed of. Kudos to Missesdressy, your dresses are very beautiful as well as the people working for you.

I have been emailing Rita back and forth several times in the past day or two for information regarding the Soulmates styles. I also spoke with her on the phone. She has been extremely helpful and patient to answer all of my questions. I rate her excellent in customer service.
As a suggestion to the Solemates people: they should put in their description of the dresses whether or not it is a one piece dress and jacket, or a three piece outfit (skirt, camisole and jacket).

I really enjoyed shopping on this site, they have a big selection of dresses, shoes and many others…i would recommend it to everyone.The employees Rita, Celeste, Dolly were very nice and very helpfull especially May, she is amazing, i had a problem with my account and she had stayed online with me over an hour guiding me and helping me until the problem was fixed.The best site ever!

Two weeks ago I ordered an Allure dress from MissesDressy. A few days after ordering it I decided to go read the reviews and became distressed, thinking that I had lost my 300 dollars. 10 days after ordering I received an email from MissesDressy saying that my order had shipped. I was still a little weary after reading the reviews that it wouldn't arrive, but after a week it finally came! It is the real deal and fits perfectly and looks stunning. Don't listen to all the negative reviews because there are probably a ton of happy customers out there who haven't bothered writing reviews. From a very satisfied customer :)

I don't believe the haters. I had a good shopping experience with this website. I may not have received my dress yet but i was accommodated well and all concerns were answered. I can't wait to see my dress.

I just received my Janique dress ordered from this website. Shipping was FAST! The dress fits me perfectly. Thought i will be needing to have it altered, but good thing there's no need. Price on the dress was worth it. It's very elegant looking!

I bought a dress for my sister. She always goes to your website. Last year her friend wore a dress by Sherri Hill and it was really pretty, this year she is graduating high school and she want to purchase a dress to your website because her friend told her that she purchased the dress from Missesdressy, com. We both went online and saw that you carry a lot of beautiful dresses.

My 17 year olddaughter bought a dress and it was way too big. Apparently we only get store credit for one year and anything bought on store credit if final. I explained how big it was and she sized herself to the chart. She cannot fit into anything here. So either we buy ugly jewelry and purses or we lose 600 dollars. My poor daughter had to go buy another dress for prom and learn a 850 lesson in bad customer service

I drove all the way from Portland Texas to Houston to search for a party dress. I can't find any in Galleria mall and really upset so I start to browse on the net and found your website.
