Me and my friend while surfing the internet we saw the site of missesdressy. We both got curious, but when we opened it we are like "Wow! The dress are so beautiful!" We both didn't had 50-50 decisions, what we did we called at missesdressy and good thing is their customer service crew are so cool, and very well served to us. The dress are so beautiful, thank you missesdressy!

The WORST customer service I have ever recieved. Never shop this company! Trying to bully me into paying for an order that was canceled within 48 hours of order and shipped to me 10 days after cancellation request!

First of all, its illegal that you posted positive review for yourself just like you did on other sites. I want you to know that misses dressy send me an original dress from Sheri hill to Mexico, the dress arrived perfect and its beautiful, all the negative comments of this page are fake so pay attention to the good comments.

MissesDressy customer service representative, Celeste, helped me find the correct size and also helped me process my order quickly so I could receive my dress on time. She was very professional and helpful the whole time!

Don't use this company. They charged my credit card 2 days after ordering but 2 months later and no dress! They are the absolute worst company I have dealt with. Now I have to get the charge taken off my credit card. Major hassle.

We ordered all the bridesmaids dresses and the maid of honor dress from this awesome website. The dresses were neat. The design and the quality has reached our expectation. We wanted our event as close to perfect as how we planned it to be. We wanted everyone to look good and feel good at the event. I was inquiring about a dress that I needed by November 1,2015. Dolly was the rep that was assisting me. She gave me all the information I asked for, but unfortunately I was not able to get the dress by the time I needed it. She did send to me other dresses that would be able to ship by November 1,2015. Ordered 2 dresses... received one ( which I was very disappointed with) was not able to return! 2nd dress never came because they were out of stock and now only want to give store credit for dress that I never received

I ordered my dress it seemed so easy. Then no dress no call or anything so after many attempts to call and talk to someone they seem not to know anything except to try and sell me another dress. I never got the dress and they kept my money. I will never order on line again.

My friends often told me to wear not too light not too dark colors of a dress. I don't know what will I properly wear in a occasion. I had read magazine that has a page of Missesdressy, as I looked for a dress I had a feeling that this was the dress I am longed for. I tried to order it immediately. It just came into my house with a complete tags and very authentic. It really amazed me.

I ordered dress, was promise to get in on 9/18/15. Today 9/21/15 I still do not have it. Called many times, customer services could not help me. They do not know when I will get it. Every time I call they ask me call next day. Today they do not even pick up my calls. They also do not answer my emails. They took my money, but did not give me a dress. Very bad customer services. I will never buy anything from them. Do not order from them, you will have big problems.

I ordered my wedding dress from missesdressy.com, as it was an special order it took a few months, but I received it three days before the expected day, I love it, it's beautiful and in perfect conditions, clean and pressed, just how they told me I would get it. While I was waiting for the dress I use the chat several times and they were very helpful and polite. I'm very pleased with the customer service, the dress and the price I paid.
