I love the over-all shopping experience with them. At times, the dress isn't available and that's completely understandable in retail business. I didn't run out option because there are just too many different kinds to choose from. I'm excited for my next party event. I'll go back to this site again for sure.
Took my money within an hour of order 20 days later no dress no refund. They lie and say the store is closed owner unavailable. It's incredible that these type of people get to run a business. Shame on you.
This site is absolute BS! I ordered a dress and it was so late and on top of that I got a 60 dollar duty fee which they said would be free. Also, my dress was a size too small and I was devastated, because it was for my prom. So I wanted to ship it back and get a new size but it would have costs 80 dollars to ship to get a new size, 80 dollars to ship back and another 60 dollar duty fee. This site is awful, the dresses are horrible quality and don't look at all like the picture, the people are rude over the phone and they try and scam you for whatever money you have. $#*!ing awful.
Given that they have to deliver it here in Australia, they have still managed to delivered it on time. It just took me less than a week to receive my dress for my sister's wedding. Kudos to your company!
Good Job! Missesdressy is one who have the best customer service ever! A while ago I ordered a dress and they are very patient in assisting me throughout the processes. This is my 3rd time in ordering and the service is constant, very helpful. Dresses are gorgeous! Will definitely tell my friends and family about this great experience!
Missesdressy.com is really awesome! I bought 2 lovely dresses and it really fits me well. I thought it would arrived 2 days before my wear date but it surprised me. It arrived as early as I was expected. My engagement party was totally perfect! I recommend you guys to buy dresses here.
I Love Missesdressy! I just ordered a dress from this site for my mother, a surprise gift, and it was awesome that in just 3 days the dress was delivered! My mom is so happy with my purchase and so love the dress, it fits her perfectly no alterations needed.
Rita, at Missy Dressy, is attempting to contact Mori Lee to acquire a fabric swatch for me even though the wedding gown was not purchased from them. The color of the gown is rather unique, but Mori Lee would not provide a swatch to the bridal salon where the gown was purchased, saying they do not do that. However, as the florist and wedding coordinator I need a swatch to attempt to match with ribbon and for the baker to color the frosting to match this unique color of gown. I can't thank Rita enough for her efforts to try and get the fabric swatch needed.
I called and gave a specific number for a Prom dress the woman on the other end ( who was not a sales rep, she never stated that) kept saying to me I don't have that number pick another one. When she should have said the dress was out of stock So after a lot of confusion I ordered a dress which I thought was the one I wanted and an hour later I called to say it was. It the dress. They said too bad we don't do refunds. I asked to hear the tape of my conversation and they said no! What are they afraid of I was right and they ordered the wrong dress! I would never order anything from them, Then they never called to say the dress was in and I got it after the prom!
My daughter ordered a prom dress online with Misses Dressy back on March 24. They then told her it was not in stock nor would it ever be in stock. They wanted her to chose another color or store credit. She asked for a refund. It is now June 9 and there is still no refund, despite many phone calls and emails. They basically stole $350 from us. Keep in mind we never actually got any dress. NEVER EVER TRUST THESE CROOKS!
I just placed my 2nd order from this company and so far they are still consistent of their great service! Will continue to be a loyal customer of this company! Thank you Missesdressy for the great service I experience with your company!
Look at the absolutely MISLEADING gown they sent. Wrote an email and their reply was "actual picture look different cause of the background and lightening use during the shoot." Somebody should report them to the authorities. If gown was "indeed" what they claim, they should have the decency to publish reasonable pictures. Absolute cheats.

After readin these here reviews, im not sure i even landed on the right forum. Given my experience with missesdressy, i dont understand how y'all managed to land on a bunch of lemons. My personal experience was professional to the T. Customer service was polite and patient. And i even got my dress earlier than expected. Had i read how y'all got eat up, i probably would have taken my money elsewhere. Im glad i didnt. Missesdressy has done right by me
I ordered a dress for $350.00 and the dress I received was not the one in the picture nor was it the same color. It is ridiculous the dress sizing was also way off. I spoke with a live representative and she told me to get a size 4. The dress was a cheap copy of the picture and not the same color. I cannot even get my money back. All I get is a store credit for another cheaply made dress. Do not waste your money on this site. What you. See is NOT what you get.
I got the best dress last Thursday. I ordered a Panoply in glittering blue for my formal with my friends. Unexpected to arrive early. The fit was perfect only the color was missed out, I want it in aqua blue but I received it in royal blue. Anyway I still love it as long as it's blue.
I met a friend of mine inside a Mall. I nearly did not recognized her as she was very elegant and beautiful in the dress she was wearing. When I asked her, where did she get the dress, she told me that she bought it at Missesdressy. And I did! I have now a Sherri hill dress with me. You really made me beautiful.

I was searching for a dress and your banner popped out, got curious what dresses you offer so I clicked on it and it directed me to your website and I was so amaze by the dresses you have on your website, I love the La Femme dresses, they are so pretty. So I decided to call, and the lady who answered my call was very accommodating. I purchased one dress and the dress arrived yesterday. I was so excited and fit the dress I looked amazing. I visited my daughter at Long Island City. I am not expecting that she would accompanied me on Missesdressy store. We went there around 5pm Tuesday. She gave me the dress that I really like most on the website. Very Surprising.
Rita was very helpful in every way getting pictures of the dress from the warehouse so I could see the back of the dress, the color of the dress and helped with any questions I had along the way.

I ordered a dress and received the exact dress I ordered. However, it did not fit. The measurements for the dress were between size 6 and 7, but it was a size 8! I am a size 8! I told them that the dress manufacturer made the dress too small for a size 8 and that I wanted to return it. However, the return policy for the order expired before the item was even received at my house! I recommend doing business where the customer service is actually a priority. They will not take it back and I am now an owner of a $400 size 6.5 dress that says size 8 that I can't fit.

They are thieves u can see the review in the google map and u can see the problem what they said also me. I have a problem with them. They didn't ship my dress, they took my money and they didn't refund it. Be careful!
I worked as a freelance description writer for this site. They were HORRIBLE. They paid me MANY times late. At one point, the refused to pay me for my work for over 3 weeks. They knew I had to be paid too, but blamed everything on me and suggested I do their work for them even after my contract has ended. I once called them and told them to pay me, and the worker screamed at me and hung up. It wasn't until I got a lawyer and the department of labor involved that they actually paid for what I worked. HORRIBLE costumer service. Bad company and bad people. Like children. Hopefully they die out soon and the business goes bye bye, because they are rude, stupid and a bunch of liars.
