I love the over-all shopping experience with them. At times, the dress isn't available and that's completely understandable in retail business. I didn't run out option because there are just too many different kinds to choose from. I'm excited for my next party event. I'll go back to this site again for sure.
Took my money within an hour of order 20 days later no dress no refund. They lie and say the store is closed owner unavailable. It's incredible that these type of people get to run a business. Shame on you.
My daughter ordered a dress from this company. The dress did not fit and we did not like the quality. We did live chat and requested a refund. We were told a refund was possible but we had to call and talk to a manager and it could take up to 30 days depending on our financial institution. We talked to Ana and she would not approve a refund at said to call on Monday. I emailed the company and got a reply from Rellin who also said no and advised me they would be charging me $40 for the return. What a complete scam and ripoff! My daughter has learned a valuable lesson. This company is out for the buck. They seem to be some sort of foreigners and if you research their company you will find hundreds of dissatisfied people! Wish they would go back to their country... we don't need them here! SCAMMERS! BUYER BEWARE! READ CAREFULLY!
Not a perfect shopping experience but it was a more than good enough online shopping with this company. I ordered a dress that's available to ship asap but it wasn't a good fit. I returned it back to them for an exchange of an exactly the same dress but in one-size up. Problem, that's not available anymore! It took me a little while to look for dresses again that suits my taste. Found one and another one but not available again. It's a little disappointing not to get the first dress of your choice but this website has really a lottttttttttttttt in store! It's hard to say "I give up!" LOL...
Finally got my exchange dress and i must say it's more gorgeous than the first few dresses i picked. I think their customer service are not just people-answering-calls but fashionistas too! Yep! They got good taste in suggesting styles.
I purchased a very expensive wedding dress, the customer service representative promised to give 200$ complinentary items from the web store. I did it, but recived only the dress! I wrote the letter to the customer servese about it, got an email that they are still proceeding my order! Over a month! Don't think I will ever get it!
Was unsure on how to place the order & had several questions about what I was ordering. Jace was very helpful in all my areas of my of need.
I am looking forward to recieveing my order.
If I like them I will be ordering more in the future.

Googling for site reviews was useful before ordering, site met all expectations reviews from all customers I'm so happy I done the right choice for my little girl, I'm looking for a dress for me for our next possible occasion.

I am going to use this dress for my cousin's wedding next month, I ordered ahead of time so that is ever the dress will arrive to me and I will not like it I will still have a chance to change it or look for another dress BUT I am so thankful with Missesdressy that the dress I ordered is so beautiful and when I got to fit the dress I look stunning. Its worthy all 5 stars out there, Its the third time I order dresses for family member weddings, using the help of their customer service I have all my questions answered, so dresses I need came just perfect in sizes, colors and quality seen all worth the price I'm paying.
I ordered a dress for prom which costs almost 400 dollars! They said it was read for same day shipping I was in desperate need for a dress! Because the one I had ordered was not on time and delayed. I realized later that they still had to process so I cancelled the order! They gave me credit it wouldn't work when I tried to use it! And now they said its expired! I PRACTICALLY HANDED THEM 400 DOLLARS! What harm will it do if They reinstate it!
