Items ordered and never received. They sent tracking number and it said it was delivered 11/4/23. We have security cameras that see our mailbox and all around the home. No package was delivered. They did respond to email saying I would be disputing the charge with my credit card. They said to check with "logistics provider". Not sure who they mean, but my time limit to dispute charge is close, so will do that to recapture my money. No wonder prices are low. They hope you'll forget you've ordered and never cancel w/ your credit card company. Whatever you do, don't use debit card. What a hassle...

Tip for consumers:
They advertise a lot on FaceBook.

I purchased some clothing items, they have sent me a scarf... Upon asking for my refund they keep repeating the same message, in a broken English that they can refund 10% only.
DO NOT USE!

Never got a confirmation email. A week later I get nothing but a hideous horse scarf so they can confirm they delivered "something".

This site is a SCAM! On 10/09/2023 I ordered 10 garments from Missfassion.com. The order was confirmed via email and $43.91 was taken from my bank account on the same day. I was given a tracking number for JX Express (the shipper) and I monitored it daily. I was informed through the tracking that on 10/30/2023 the parcel was delivered to my mailbox. It was not. I checked with my one neighbor (a church) and they had not received any package in error. I live next to a very old cemetery with few visitors, so the likelihood of it being misdelivered is next to impossible. My mailbox is very small, only large enough to accommodate letters and a package containing 10 items of clothing would not fit in said mailbox. I went to the Post Office since the USPS would have been the method of delivery once it arrived from China and went through customs to the local Postal Delivery hub. It was not there and there was no record of having received it at the USPS hub. I emailed (only method of contact with Missfassion.com) and they said the USPS must have the package. I explained they did not and had no record of it arriving at the Postal Distribution center. I asked for a refund, did not get it and now they are ignoring my emails.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE THIEVES.
