Our sincere thanks to everyone at Mission BBQ for every year having the "Armed Forces Week". It is not just for one day, but the entire week for each branch of the Armed Services. It started on May 13, when all active-duty service members and veterans can enjoy a free sandwich on their designated day. May 13 was for the Army. We were warmly greeted by Maurice and thanked for our service. We enjoyed the moist brisket without the bread. It was very moist and delicious. What sets Mission BBQ apart from all the restaurants is what they do at noon. They stop everything and sing the National Anthem. They reinforce every time we participate in how proud we are to be Americans. They also during this special week of thanks set the Remembrance Table for one to honor all the POWs and MIAs members and their families. It is always so touching and thoughtful. On Saturday, May 18, they will have a special lunch celebrating this special day with all their Heroes. All active-duty service members and veterans will receive a Free Sandwich. And, they will have a special live performance of our National Anthem at noon.
Mission BBQ is my new favorite! I love the military themed atmosphere supporting our veterans and active duty heroes. But the food is absolutely delicious. I was blown away by the ribs and the best side dishes ever! All I can say is that if you haven't eaten there you are truly missing out on a great food experience! There staff was super friendly too. Amazing!

Food was just OK. I thought it would be more Diner like. Not sure I like a few non veteran businessmen using armed forces as their sales pitch either.
Love the food here! Never have had a bad meal, plus the support of our military and local fire and police department is awesome! Top notch organization with top notch food!
The food was ok the first time but the second time I went it was terrible, and it is also a rip of I did not see them smoke the bbq with the open kitchen.
