I needed to replace some of the line for my misting system after 8 years! I was able to find it easily on miscolling.com where I had made my original purchase. I places the order and within 2 days it was here! Everything is back up and working like a charm! Thanks so much for making it easy.
AVOID. Absolutely terrible quality products and terrible quality customer service. Bought 12 replacement misting nozzles from this company and hand tightened them on the fans and three of them snapped off, nine were fine. Would not replace or refund me for the three at all. Instead blamed me for them snapping off. Mind you I bought an entire system from them, a complete initial set of nozzles, a second set for larger flow and then some replacements. Been a customer for years. No longer. All over three faulty nozzles probable costing them no more than $5 to replace but they cost me over $15 with shipping. Rude guy named Christian was the person in charge of customer service. AVOID MISTCOOLING.
I needed some clarification in the ordering process, sales person was excellent, providing suggestions in assembling the components for my misting system.

My husband and I wanted to try this product for our RV. We attached it to our awning. Now we can enjoy a cool mist while sitting at our bar on our deck. This worked perfectly.

Very poor packaging. Items placed loose in the box, some broke off the original packaging, rattling all over the cardboard box. Would expect a little more for $1000+ order.
The mist system only works for the first few months. Then the nozzles got clogged up and no matter what we did they wouldn't work so we haven't used it for a season

Very helpful person on the telephone. I HAD ASKED A QUESTION ABOUT HOW TO POSSIBLY MAKE THE UNIT QUIETER AND THE PERSON i SPOKE WITH TOOK MY NAME AND NUMBER AND SAID SOMEONE IN SUPPORT WOULD CALL. HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE ON THAT ISSUE. CAN I WRAP SOMETHIGN AROUNG THE UNIT TO MAKE IT QUIETER OR DO YOU HAVE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS.

Got here fast was priced below other places I've found. Haven't gotten to try them yet I will need to get some sort of adaptor.

Using it for smoker smoke reduction. The units work as expected. Took a bit to figure out the best configuration but all is good now.
