Texas has 2 teams, I pay to watch ALL the Yankee games but ALL the games with Houston & Rangers are blacked out. OK, but when Judge is about to hit the record-setting 62nd HR and the entire country gets it as the FREE game of the day, guess who can't watch it? Texas residents. Yankees-Astros go head-to-head for dominion, can't watch it. Whenever Astros or Yankees play in a nationally televised game - because of it's importance, guess who can't watch it? Texas residents. That sucks but not half as much as it sucks to watch the same stupid Snoop Dog commercial 16 x per game. All season long. That's not an exaggeration. It's not worth it to pay this sham company to watch games. From this point on I'll spring for the YES Network so I can watch everything.
MLB sucks so bad they should be wearing masks and holding guns. Do not buy this service. Horrible. You will regret it. Hope you like getting kicked out of a service you paid for.
A Boston/LA game was blacked out and we live in Columbus, Ohio. I called and they were incompetent and unhelpful and the (foreigner-sounding) agent said he required my IP address in order to help us access the game.
With baseball season fast approaching, I had to do a LOVE YOU review for MLB.COM!
This is Major League Baseball's Official website, and has everything a baseball fan could possibly want. It just ain't baseball season without MLB.COM.
Stats, scores, shopping, MLB news, links to all the team sites, videos, it's all here. This is my homepage from April to October on my main computer.
Last Friday 7/22, I logged in to watch the Chicago Cubs vs. Philadelphia. I live in south Georgia so neither the Cubs or the Phillies would have blacked out the game. The Cub games was not available on MLB.com/tv. It was exclusively available on Apple TV+ In order to watch the game on Apple TV+ I was required to give them my credit. MLB.com/tv sold my rights to watch the Cub to Apple TV+
I was not going to give Apple TV+ my CC.
I was quit upset, and called MLB.com/tv. I asked to cancel my subscription and issue me a partial refund.
The individual I talked said he completely understood, and submit a refund request. On Monday I received an e-mail, my refund request was denied. What a bunch of BS
The obvious frustrations are old news such as NOT being able to watch a game that is 500 miles away because I live in the "Market" yeah right... then there is the never ending advertising that jumps out like 'wack-a-mole' at a state fair... but NOW the video 'recap' is about 20 seconds long and is barely better than nothing. This site also AUTOMATICALLY re-up's your subscription, so if you don't stay on top of it, you are getting this site like it or not.
I purchased MLB to watch baseball games and not watch player or manager interviews. If I wanted to watch interviews I would go to the appropriate sportscast to do so. It is very annoying and aggravating. If announcers can't keep up with a game, then change announcers. This is a crap policy. Watching Atlanta game and have had three interviews in just the 3 and 4 innings And another 3 more thru the 7th. Redundant crap. What think of team, etc, etc. Sick of watching these interviews. Bought MLB live to watch the Twins and every single Twins game has been blacked out! Will never but MLB live again nor would of ever reccomend it to anyone. Told me I could get a refund then sent me a email saying I couldn't! Huge Ripoff!
A big ripoff company! Do not deal with them as they will not work with you even after they made the mistake. Made over 20 calls and no one returns my calls. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

When I created my MLB account they populated my address as Avenue of the Americas, New York City. I live in PA. Under edit profile I am not allowed to change my address. When I attempt to buy tickets on the Phillies website, I am automatically sent to the MLB site. Then it says I can't buy phillies tickets because I don't live in PA, DE, or NJ. I've emailed support 4 times trying to get my address corrected. The response is to contact the team I purchased the tickets from. I can't buy the tickets because the MLB account address is wrong. I've emailed them to ignore the tickets. Just tell me how to fix me address. The response is to contact the team I purchased my tickets from.
