They gave me a time window for the duo boost, then they started telling me that it was a time zone barrier, then they blamed their assistant, they basically failed to organize a single boosting service.

I placed an order for the Battle Cup and had confirmed with two individuals that it was feasible. However, despite placing the order, nobody took action on it. After some time had passed, a person apologized and admitted to mistaking the order for a calibration request, even though the order clearly indicated that it was for the Battle Cup. Unfortunately, this error caused significant disappointment and frustration as it disrupted my plans for the week-long event.
Placed duo boost order without priority completion but customer support gave me free priority and my order was started within 5 minutes. Booster invited me in party and did +100 to +150 daily. My order was completed before the estimated completion time. Thank you for the service. 10/10

I must say that these guys know what they up to! Their customer support is super good. I ordered MMR from 2240 to 4200 and it was completed before the time. Booster is super good. I believe their boosters are 8000 MMR. I would recommend them to everyone! Cheers! Definitely will come back

In the start, I was a bit worried but thanks to Daniel who assured mr everything will be okay. I placed 1200 mmr boost order and it was done within 3 days! That's just amazing. I feel safe using this service and will come again to buy boost.

I paid for MMR Boost with duo queue and had to chase the person to help me to boost.
The person who was going didnt show so I sent an email to the website and didnt have a reply finally I was able to start the program the pro player lost 3 games that reduce my MMR and next day didnt contact me. I asked for refund and they told me they can only pay 50% in in spite that my MMR got decreased and had only one session so far. The company provide assistance on their website John service is very helpful. It's sad that other members on that website dont have same quality standard.
I select that company due the high review rate on this website but on my personal case It was not great The Company told me that I would receive 50% of my total payment in the next 4 hours.
I confirmed they refund half of my payment.
I summary I lost MMR and lost half of the payment service. Don't recommend to use this service

I decided to give MMR-Boost.com a shot after a friend recommended it to me. While I was a bit skeptical at first, I must admit that the service delivered what it promised. The boosters were skilled players who knew exactly what they were doing. My MMR started to rise steadily, and I was happy with the progress I saw during the boosting process.
The service was quite fast, and the boosters completed the job within the estimated timeframe. My only minor concern was that the communication could have been a bit better. I didn't receive as many updates as I would have liked during the process, which left me wondering about the progress at times. However, despite that, I never encountered any issues with my account's security, and my privacy was respected throughout.
I appreciate that MMR-Boost.com maintains a roster of skilled and trustworthy boosters. While the service was effective, I believe they could enhance the overall experience by improving their communication with customers. Nonetheless, I am happy with the MMR boost I received, and I would consider using their services again in the future.
I had wanted to order some MMR boost and this is the message i got from the support: such ignorance i never saw before.
I recently ordered 4390-4850 boost service from mmr-boost due to some good reviews I've read through site jabber. I specifically asked if they could do US server and fast completion before ordering. They answered yes and these were what I got:
- Order completed late (6 days) despite me paying for priority completion and website saying 4 days. I sent my complain for the order to be completed as must in day 5, still completed late (Ordered on Jan 7,8.31pm, complained on Jan 11,5.55am, complained again on Jan 12,3.09am and was assured order would be finished that time, but actual completion on Jan 13,4.11pm, US PST time)
- Booster played in different servers (SEA&EU outside my permission) despite my request only to be played in US only.
- CS (customer service) argued that the ping in US server for the booster was 195. Why would I care? That's why I asked if you guys could do it before ordering and you said yes.
- The best one: Booster blamed me for the late completion time stating I did not provide backup codes, despite me providing authentication every time under 30 minutes. It's actually him that play 2-3 games/day (regardless of winning/losing) and then doing another orders before being told by the customer service to speed it up.
- Booster played heroes other than requested despite me paying for specific heroes only (don't be fooled by their website saying minimum 6 heroes, I got asked for 20 heroes initially before negotiating to 10 and he still played outside the pool provided).
They just had to give me the worst booster available didn't they?
Update 1/14: the admin initially offered full refund as compensation on this website and when I contacted them, they changed the offer to a mere 100 MMR (changed the comment in site jabber too, refer to uploaded screenshot for original comment) which is nothing compared to the first one. I rejected the offer as it changed after contacting them.
