This is the second set of lightning cables we've ordered as we seem to keep getting more apple products and go through chargers quite quickly (typical 21st century family) Mobile fun.co.uk are brilliant, items always arrive fast and well packaged with reasonable prices.
It's impossible to order, you get an 'access forbidden' message when you try to check out. They may have gone out of business...

I have never had any real problems with Mobilefun - and if I have then it has soon been sorted out to my satisfaction.
So I purchased the Samsung S8+ and need a new car cradle as the phone is to big for my normal one. Off I go to Google to find someone selling the one I want and I stumble across mobilefun.co.uk. Site looks good, reviews are good, great this is the place! So I purchase the one I want and am happy that it should be with me in a few days. WRONG! Here follows numerous repeated emails numerous tomes a day. So the first one is fine, congratulating me on my order and stating my products will be sent in due course. Then came another one stating that a coupe of the items (My car holder) are out of stock but they will get it too me as soon as they can. Then shortly after this came another email saying all items had been processed... so which is it? Is it in stock or not? I reply to one of many emails asking this, to only get another generated email stating that the item was out of stock. Ok fine, a little annoyed you advertise something on your site that is out of stock as in stock but these things happen. So I reply to the email (which i will state does say I can do this, it isn't a non reply email address) asking for an alternative to the item that they do not have in stock. I await eagerly for the response only to get the same computer generated reply. I reply to this to then keep getting the same email sent to me stating that the item is not in stock. I know this, you don't need rub it in!
So 2 days later, no human response, only the repeated email telling me how the one item I actually wanted is not in stock and I have no idea when it might be in stock, so do I go else where, do i wait? Who knows, maybe I'll ask my Dog, sure he will give me a better response.
So, I shall not be using Mobilefun anytime soon.

Edit... So shortly after writing this review, magically they decide to have a human respond to one of my many emails asking to cancel and apparently my order has been dispatched so they cannot cancel!?! I would have to wait for the item to arrive and post it back at my expense. I replied straight away asking how something that is out of stock has been dispatched and oddly enough they didn't respond. So will the item arrive? Who has a clue as it appears mobilefun.co.uk don't have any idea!

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME... NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT... NON-EXISTENT STOCK
Ordered phone from them on a Thursday for Saturday delivery, as my mobile stopped working and urgently needed one for the weekend.
They asked me for a mobile number to keep me updated. I was working away from home and my mobile was broke... so not much use, but I could check my voice messages from a land-line, which I did throughout the day.
Kept checking the site all day to review the order, and was 'being processed' all day. Tried ringing customer support all day, but couldn't get through.
Very conveniently, at EXACTLY 5pm on Friday got an email:
"Thanks for your recent order.
We have been trying to contact you throughout the day but your phone does keep going to answer phone.
The reason for our contact is we require further information from yourself before processing your order. Please could you contact us on *******060 at your earliest convenience and we shall look to despatch your goods.
Thanks"
Of course, I rang straight away, but guess what? Now managed to get straight through to customer support, but a voice mail: "our lines are only open 10am - 5pm".
Didn't bother to mention which days of the week, as shut on Saturday, and despite them "trying to contact me throughout the day but your phone does keep going to answer phone. " they never bothered to leave a message, but sent me an email just after their customer support shut (if it even exists).
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
