Having seen the ArmourDillo phone case on a Nokia phone I decided that I really wanted one for my Galaxy Note3. I am over the moon now that mine has arrived. Top product and a great service. Highly recommended.

Have dealt with Mobile Fun for some time now and have always found them to be very good in accepting orders on their website and always a very fast reaction to orders once placed, any problems are dealt with very rapidly and proffesionaly with immediate attention, all this makes for a great experience and I have no qualms in recommending this company to any potential customer, they are fast.

The description on the site was spot on and it was delivered the next day, as I placed my order in time for that option even though it was possible to take up to 3 days. Couldn't have been more happy with the service and stock availability, so it MobileFun this time and every other time, as far as I'm concerned!

Recently ordered a Lifeproof fre case for my iPhone 6 on a Friday, the case arrived Saturday AM, I have used MobileFun fo many years and have found them to be a First Class online seller. Prompt service, helpful with enquiries, good value for money pricing, it doesn't get much better than this!

Ordered gel case for iPhone 6 plus instead of 6. Totally my error but they replaced with no extra charges not even for postage. Have used these guys before and will use them again.

Excellent piece of kit. Used it for child's kindle in car so could watch downloaded videos on long car journey. Great value for money, actually did what is says on the packaging and arrived promptly.

COMPLETE SCAM. Bought a case, that broke within the warranty period, so i requested a replacement. They agreed and processed. Never received ANYTHING. After waiting weeks on end for a reply, I demanded a full refund as to not have to bother with these crooks anymore. They agreed. I followed every procedure they have. Never received ANYTHING. No replacement, no refund, not even a REPLY as to WHY! NOTHING. Once they have your money, good luck, they're long gone. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Order screen protectors for my watch and they don't fit, but say they are specifically for my type of watch. Return shipping is more than the product I purchased. Total scam!

MobileFun isn't always the first place people will think of for anything relating to mobile phones, tablets etc... but they should be.

The service is second to none in my eyes. I have always had great service from them whenever I have had to order items ranging from phone cases to screen protectors. Their prices are very competitive and the range and choice is superb.

I recently bought the OtterBox Commuter Series iPhone 6 Plus Case - Black, and due to the nature of the case and the OtterBox commitment to proper phone protection, the case was delayed a few times. MobileFun emailed me at regular times to keep me updated on the 'possible' release date as soon as they had any information from OtterBox, and even asked if I wanted to change product.

As soon as they case was available, MobileFun instantly posted it out to me and emailed me to let me know it had been sent. A day later, it arrived and I was so glad I had waited. The case is what I had hoped for from OtterBox.

I cannot speak highly enough of MobileFun for the service they have given me. They are well worth a visit and even, I might add, worth sticking them into your favourites.

Used their search engine, it recommended an incompatible case. They said they knew about faulty search engine but they would still charge me postage both ways. I sent a screen shoot of search engine result. Their response tough!

Plenty of choice and easy website to use. Excellent communication between myself and company via email. Very pleased with the phone case that I had choosen would buy from the company again.

Ordered an incorrect product late on a Saturday evening so emailed the company asking to cancel the order as I knew they would be unable to ship the order on the Sunday but got the following response.
"Unfortunately, it appears that your order has already been dispatched, consequently I am unable to apply your requested amendment.
In this situation, I can only advise to wait until the product arrives with you, and then return the unwanted product back to us for a refund / replacement."
To which I replied that it couldn't possibly have been dispatched on a Sunday as Courier's don't operate on a Sunday and got the following response...
"I understand what you are saying and in part you are right, no courier picks up on Sunday.
However we do work and we did pack your parcel and put it in a big pile of many other parcels which makes it impossible to stop."
I then got an email on Monday confirming that it had been dispatched... one wonders why it could not have been flagged up when scanned?
I have received a partial refund as I have been charged £3.64 for the return costs which could of been avoided if the company cared about Customer service. They did not have a replacement in the correct size.
I am still awaiting refund paperwork...

Avoid unless you like throwing money away for no good reason.

I ordered an Iphone case from this site, within a couple of days it arrived. Fantastic case and an equally as good a service.
Thank you, and maybe other case companies out there should take note.

Corresponded by email with a representative from Mobile Fun regarding the compatability of an item with my Samsung Tab S2. Recieved a favourable response so went ahead and placed an order and paid for next day delivery. Five minutes later I received an email from Customer Services to say that the item was out of stock.
Responded by requesting that my order was cancelled and requested a refund. Five hours later and I still have not received a response. Thank goodness I paid through Paypal because I can now ask them to recover my payment.
Suffice to say, I will not be dealing with this company again. Customer Service = POOR Communication = POOR Shopping Experience = POOR
