The sink was a very good value. It was easy to install fit like a glove. Took place of original sink in my home. Looks great hope it will last as long as original which was 41 years. Thank You for your help.

The bugs were loving the hole in my RV's screen door where the slide belongs. That is until I found the perfect replacement at the Mobile Home Parts Store. The replacement actually came in a color that is easy to live with where so many hands touch it... black. I have bought much more that had terrible shipping packaging from other companies. This company has it together.

I have made several purchases from the Mobile Home Parts Store. The items arrive quickly and properly packaged in order to prevent damage. If you do need to talk to someone - they are pleasant and willing to go that extra mile for you. One time I had to return some parts (my fault) and they could not have made it more simple, and the refund was quick (none of that 7 - 10 day stuff). I do a lot of shopping online and they usually ask you rate them, take a survey, or do something to convince future shoppers that their service is the absolute best. I don't have time to waste convincing others where to shop and refuse the offer, but I am making a deviation from that practice for the Mobile Home Parts Store. I am that pleased with them.

Part arrived sooner than expected. Although part was a different style in the back for hook-up (my fault - did not compare to existing faucet which had an offset shower connection) I was able to re-align the center hole to fit the new faucet. It looks good and I get better water flow.

Received our window on Monday from UPS. Looks great! Mobile Home Parts Store was very helpful when we ordered and now with quick service. Just waiting now for our contractor to put the window in! I'm sure we will be ordering more in the future!

We are renovating our bathroom. This is the only place we could find an attractive shower stall that would fit our tub space. It was much less expensive than Lowes or Home Depot. And it was delivered in only 3 days!

With this being my first time living in a mobile home, I have learned that things are much different that a house. This site has all the things I've been looking for to little avail locally. Though I live in California the door knob arrived within 4 days. Fair prices, my back door knob was $15 and $5 for shipping. Gladly, spent $20 to get my back door to close properly. Thanks guys!

I've been searching for a back door for six months, but with the complicated ways to get measurements, not to mention outrageous shipping charges, I've held off. With these guys it was simply measure the door, pick your style and done. Shipping was reasonable as well. They were also friendly and helpful. The door was so well protected when it got here, I'm gonna be purchasing my windows from them as well.

I purchased an exterior swing out door for my mh. It has a diamond window and it has literally cracked from the window edges to the doors edge on both sides of the window. So basically my door has cracked in half and when I called to ask about a warranty or return policy she first suggested I purchased it from someone else and then said she has no record of the sale. Of course you don't! So do your homework people it is not worth the headache to do buisiness with people that treat their customers this way... bye Felicia

Bought the sink they showed off the image of Sharpe sloped sides an teo over flow holes to match my other sink in bathroom they sent me one with one overflow hole an no slope an say they sent the correct one. So I'm stuck with a sink I can't use since it don't match. Attached is two pictures one of what they said it was the other of what they shipped.

I love the sleeker look of this new style top rail. The bottom edge is curled, instead the boxy shape the old one had, and it lies nice and flat against the skirting for a nice, sleek look. After seeing how much better it looked, I've ordered enough to replace all the old top rail. I don't know how well this new rail will age, but the pre-cut 6-ft sections will be much easier to deal with and replace if needed in the future.

Now that I know you exist, I'll be shopping with you regularly. I needed 1 very small striker plate for my door. I tried to make one before I knew about you. I ordered 2 and got them in a few days. They are perfect. Exactly what I needed!

My item was on back order for two weeks. I emailed just before that time for an update and got an immediate response. Item was shipped as advised and received within two days of the ship date. I live in a mobile home community in NYC(the only one!) and its impossible to get parts. The website has everything that you could possibly need for a mobile home. The product descriptions are great and I ordered what I needed in 2 minutes! Chose the cheapest shipping method and received my product 2 days later! I have been needing the mesh a/c filters, but it was like looking for the non-existent. My home is 20 years old. It is impossible to find home owner replacement parts at home improvement stores. I'm very pleased.

I was replacing an HVAC thermostat that had become defective. The price on this replacement thermostat was much lower than the Heating/Cooling company wanted to charge me. The product arrived well before the estimated transit time. It was a perfect replacement and has worked well since installation. I am very pleased.

A person never knows, when they purchase on line with a company for the 1st time but I can say I'm extremely Satisified. My package arrived in a timely manner and it was carefully packaged. I'll definitely order again.

The vents i ordered were little bent up but easy to bend back in place. They fit right in the hole of old ones took about 15 mins to install pretty straight foward. Light switch was perfect, outlets are tonights project. Would order from here anytime.

Customer service was not helpful at all... they gave very vague answers to my questions, basically just said anything to try to keep me happy, but still did not answer my questions and then before I was finished asking questions they disconnected from me. The company is very quick to take your money, but will take forever to ship your product that you ordered. If you are needing your item in a reasonable amount of time. Shop locally. I will not ever be using this company again... very poor service... follow up... I tried getting in touch with customer service again. When you attempt to get a hold of them you have to do it on line. You have to enter your question before they answer you, I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund, they would not reply to me. So now I am stuck with this company and will have to wait months for my order.

Product was fine... dirty but as advertised. Customer service was awful. Snotty and rude. Didnt answer my required electronic return request which has a 30 day deadline and implied they would probably reject the item upon receipt. Do yourself a favor and buy local.

Ordered a bathroom ceiling exhaust fan cover. Was exactly what was needed. Item was on backorder but they were very prompt in letting me know and how long they thought it might be. I did talk to customer service because there was some confusion with email received. This person was very friendly & helpful and got me an answer to my question with the one phone call.

I have 2 fairly close mobile home parts places I can go thru, but even if call about what need before I go to get parts, they usually end up having to order it, which makes a 2nd trip necessary.
