We got our order in great condition, and it was shipped promptly. It is as represented in the description and picture. It is a great feeling to have something you order turn out right.

Always satisfied with this company, their products and service. If you live in a mobile home this is the company for anything you need for repairs and replacement.

This company specializes in fleecing the customer out of extra money for "backordered" items, does not inform the customer that it has very few of the advertised items in stock, and will hold your order and money hostage if they wish. The customer service team is a CRUEL JOKE. The woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude, refused to let me speak with her manager, whom I had already been in touch with through email and as she said was "sitting right next to her". Throughout the email process with their manager, Syerra Robinson, I was continuously disappointed with multiple issues on their part. When I tried to cancel an order for which I received no confirmation other than the funds leaving my account, they demanded a 30% restocking fee. I agreed to pay the fee to get them out of my hair and recover at least some of my money, to which they replied that I must email them again. I have paragraphs of emails between myself and Syerra. If I had seen some of these reviews I would have never done business with them in the first place. The better business bureau gave this company the lowest grade of F by the way. They fabricate many of their good reviews in order to rob unsuspecting customers like myself. I am disgusted and would not EVER do business with this company ever again.

The items was what I exactly wanted and needed. Real easy to order on line. Wed site was very easy to use. The package was delivered on time and well packed.

I got the parts I needed at a good price and the delivery was very prompt. I think I got the parts in under 1 week from when I placed my order, which I thought was pretty impressive.

I ordered door knobs from them and they were exactly what I needed. They were shipped and delivered very quickly, faster than I expected! Would definitely order from them again.

Haven't installed it yet. But will let you know. Looks great and so far happy with it... I just wish it was porcelain but I did know that it was plastic when I ordered it.

AT 299.00 WITH 120.00 SHIPPING PLUS TAX WILL AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE FLU!
