EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
February 8, 2025

Been waiting for an exchange of a damaged shirt since Nov 12. Contacted their online "help" many times (I have chat transcripts as proof). "Dharani" promised again and again that she had expedited the order and I would receive the exchanged shirt very soon. The last "received by" date she gave me was Feb 1-4 but I STILL DON'T HAVE THE SHIRT. DO NOT order anything from Modlily. They may not seem like a scam but if you're not satisfied with the product, they don't care. You will never receive your money back.

I ordered 4 tops. They were as pictured. Beautiful styles you can't find in stores. Soft material that doesn't wrinkle. I am petite so hard to fit anyway. Some sleeves a little long but easily fixed. Seems like a problem with all styles everywhere these days. Shipment was exactly as they stated. Worth the wait..
