I was happy with my purchase. Got 4 swimsuits and all were made very well and wood quality material. The turn around time for receiving my purchase surprised me. I thought it would take a lot longer to get them. They also were true to size. Will order again
Easy to order and arrived in short time. Like the big sleeves and lovely color of this shirt. I should have gotten a size smaller but I will keep, just wanted you to know they run large. I usually wear a 16, so got an X-L, should have tried the L. Over all it's a very nice shirt., light weight and long enough, I'm 5'7" so like long shirts. Also an old lady so don't care for the shirts that are short or expose too much skin...

I am very pleased with the most of the items I have purchased from your company. There have been a few items that did not fit or wash well. There have only been two items that had this problem and I have purchased several pieces of clothing.
First, it was so easy to order. Then Modly kept me advised every step during shipping all the way to the delivery. Once delivered, I loved my bathing suit even more than the picture.
I placed 3 orders. First order spent weeks "moving through the USPS system". Not something I understand since the seller is in NY and I am in NJ. First order product was exactly what I expected and I loved it. So...I ordered again. Second order also took weeks to arrive. The products were beautiful but didn't fit my "curves" as expected. I contacted them for return information since there were multiple garments to return at $9.99 each. I was hoping for a return agreement with PayPal (how I purchase online goods). No help there. Third order has just shipped (USPS). All ordered days after the arrival of the first order. ModLily products are lovely, but not worth the long wait AND the expensive returns.
I ordered 3 items in January, finally got them in April. None of them matched descriptions or size horrendous cheap fabric which which can only be described as a fire hazard. I spent $86 and after multiple emails 1 was offered $17 By means of a refund. I was so exasperated I accepted it in June! Stay away from these rip off merchants
ModLily has a lot of very nice items and very good prices. So far, all the orders I've placed with them has completely come in in a reasonable amount of time. I can't comment on customer service since I've never had any reason to deal withe them. Plus, the "commits" posted in each items are from actual shoppers and not hired hand some company use to type up a bunch of positive comments. With Modlily, people post actual pictures of themselves wearing the clothing which is terrific.

I made an exchange and they kept it. Now they don't want to return the dresses or the money, and when I contact them online they simply say that they will fix me in 24 hours and that was 4 months ago. Do not buy there it is a hoax.
While I loved the design of all of the tops, dresses, etc. on their site the reviews were horrible. I decided to try three pieces fully expecting they either would never come or be tattered and extremely flimsy. While the order did take about a month to actually process, I have to say I really liked the pieces I got. I'm not sure how long they'll last as they are so inexpensive however they are just as represented on the site, nice heavy weight and warm and seem definately worth the price even if they only last one season.
I shop for my teen daughter's clothes on Modlily. We've been very happy with the price, material and cut (the way the clothing fits - it's geared for taller, slimmer bodies). The only complaint is the delivery time, it just takes a little long time so you better not be in a hurry to receive the items.
Ordered a black halter maxi dress for summer. Took two plus weeks to arrive. It is navy blue and the sizing is off by two sizes. Cannot reach the company via email, no responses to my inquiry about returning the item So unhappy with the product quality and poor customer service. Buyer beware of this company!
Not only will you find the most beautiful, unique, high-quality items at the best price, Customer Service is a joy to work with. I have occasionally had to exchange an item for a different size and they are continually engaged with updates on the return process. I'm so glad I discovered Modlily. You will be, too!

It took me 2 months & a ton of hassle to finally receive my product. It didn't come close to fitting! I ordered by their sizing & one item is 1 size too small, the other about 4 sizes too small. The quality was really bad. They offered me 40% credit to keep the items or pay for the return to Asia myself. So I paid $30 for the 'pleasure' of trying their product! Wonder how long, or even if I'll ever get my partial refund.
I'm very happy with Modlily clothes. They are really cute. But there are a couple of problems with the sizing and delivery. Each item is sized a little differently. Even though I always check the size guide sometimes the items don't fit when I receive them. Also, shipping takes a very long time before you finally receive your order.
No Star Rating! I would not recommend this site. Sizing was way off. Won't give me address to return and offered only 30% credit. Nearly a week of emails and they still havent resolved refund. Last msg says we will dispatch order asap? What Order? Do not buy from Modlily. Wish is a very good site and cheaper. Refund happily and you do not have to return item.
I ordered a sweater for my wife for Christmas on 11/27/22 and today is 12/22/22 and I have yet to receive my product. The product is still showing departing the airport for the Post Office as of 12/7/22 but has never arrived (supposed to deliver to me no later than 12/14/22). The only way to resolve issues is to contact the company through their online ticketing system and it takes 24 hours for them to respond. I have sent numerous messages and am told to just be patient and give it a few more days. I then requested a refund and was told that I would need to refuse the sweater and then once they received it back, they would issue a refund. How can I refuse a shipment that I will never receive? I would advise to stay away from this company as they have terrible customer service and utilize low budget carriers to transport their shipments. Horrible experience and I have never written a review like this before and have ordered hundreds of items online.
I wish I would have read reviews first. Modlily offered $3.00 for a positive review. You've got to be kidding! You have to get permission to return anything, plus shipping overseas is expensive. It's not worth it! An expensive lesson! NEVER buy from China!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
