It took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. Kept writing back and forth with customer service. Their policy is to refund 50% of cost if shipment does not arrive by promised date. They got around that by changing the promised delivery date 3 times. Finally got my items but no 50% refund. Will stick to ordering from reputable USA companies from now on.
I purchased swim shorts and an tankini set in my order. I loved the swim shorts and when I was not satisfied with the tankini set ModLily tried their best to help. I received a partial refund and was able to keep the tankini set, which I will see if I can find someone else it will fit. You do not get shipping covered if you return an item so it is not worth sending back for a refund. I appreciate that ModLily did compensate me for the item I was unsatisfied with.
After placing my order for 3 swimsuits on a monday, i read the reviews on the sizes and how they fit on Wednesday and realized i may have ordered the wrong size. Checking their website for contacting Modlilly, there was an option to "change size". I was ecstatic! And i was contacted within 12 hours that it was done before being shipped out! Can't wait to receive them! They are all so cute and so affordable! Thank you for excellent customer service!
Wow! I am really appreciative of the quickest response I have ever received in an online order. I am always leery of doing this kind of purchase because so many times either they won't let you return items or they are of a poor quality and they want to discount your money paid way too much.

I often bought in modlily. The few times I've had return/concern issues they've been wonderfully helpful. The processing of the return or exchanging in modlily is easy, So the customers don't need worry. They have great service, good product and an addictive site.
Horrible quality. Didn't fit. Tried to submit a ticket to return but no one has gotten back to me and it's been one week. Their website states that you will receive a response within 24 hours. I will NEVER order from here again.
I ordered two tunics in the same size. One was fine but the other at least two sizes too small. Despite contacting them twice, I have had no reply or return address. They seem to expect photographs and full measurements of the garment they sent but will not provide any return address. How can I photograph a garment which is so small that I cannot get it on? What a palaver. I gave up in the end.
I ordered a dress, which when it arrived looks like a shoddy replica of the photo. The fabric is so cheap you can see through it. And it was marked the size I ordered, but was 4 inches smaller than the size chart. Even though it was their fault, in the end they only returned 40% of my money. After 6 weeks of negotiations. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will no longer go looking for bargains for companies outside of the United States.
I purchased a powder sky blue dress. And it's exceptional. The item was received in a timely manner, there were no problems and additionally, it's a perfect fit.
I love shopping the occasions section of revolve clothing as they give me such great ideas for outfits based upon what event I am going to. I want everything from the Modlily getaway weekend! They have coupons and good return policy, so they making online shopping easy.
Most of the clothing that I ordered looked nice but was way too loose and extremely long. I am petite and normally wear a small or a medium. Both sizes in Modlily's clothing swallowed me. My first order was $140.47, but after returning the clothing, I was only refunded $114.49 to my PayPal account. The seller has refused several times to send my full refund. Supposedly, $9.99 was deducted for a return shipping label, and the rest was for expedited shipping, which I did not request. I will not buy from this company again.
I'm not a frequent online shopper and worry that things won't look anything like the pictures, but I was pleasantly surprised with Modlily. I bought bathers (always fraught with danger) but the fit is perfect and the colours divine. Can't wait to test them out in water
I ordered 3 shirts. Two were fine. The third looked terrible. The cut was wrong, it was very wide at the bottom, no shape and different colour from the picture shown.
I asked for a refund, got an answer that I can get a refund if I send it back.
The cost of sending is on me. I live abroad, so it's not acceptable.
In other companies they treat you much better.
I will not order here and not recommend.

I have purchased several watches from here, and all arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Really a great shopping experience. The quality of products is excellent as attention and the elegant designs and comfortable fabric give me good impression. In a word, you can not miss it.
I had bariatric surgery in January and my daughter was getting married in April (destination wedding)! I had no idea what size I needed for a bathing suit. So I ordered several styles and sizes. Everything came quickly (I paid for faster shipping) with no hitches! I found 2 beautiful suits and the fits were perfect! The quality of the suits are fantastic! I wore both suits on my trip everyday! Last night I started my return process for the suits that don't fit. That process was seemingly easy as well. Thank you Modlily, I'll definitely be back!
It has been way over a month & no delivery of my purchase yet! Their reply to me is to be patient its coming from China. I guess a slow boat from China! I just received a message (1/8/18) that the package has experienced a delay & expect a 24-48 hr delay beyond expected delivery date! Really! Please dont put your money in the hands of these scam of owners of a company called Modlily. Now I have read they dont want to do returns in full. I think I need to contact PayPal!
On December 10th I ordered a red cowel neck blouse. I paid for it and I still have not received it and I haven't heard from you telling me what's going on with my order. If it doesn't get her soon I'll have to contact Paypal to see how to get my money returned. You don't do a very good job of updating your customers. As I'm typing this I'm reading reviews of Modlily of others not getting their orders saying your delivery times are bad.

This company is ridiculous. It's not clear they are shipping from China when you place your order, so that was a surprise. Six weeks after ordering, I received my order and nothing fit. Some too big, some too small. They won't let me return for a full refund. Not only would I have to pay return shipping to China, but they also only offered a 60% return. They gave me a big sob story about how much it cost them to ship the items to me. So I'm supposed to pay return shipping AND lose 40% of my cost of goods? Awful people run this company and they should not be allowed to do business in the US. Don't support them.
I ordered several items that trickled in almost a month. I kept three and returned three. One I had tried on and the other two I didn't like the material so I never tried them on. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.
