I love all three suits ordered. Would be nice if you had a choice of short or longer bottoms. Us old people do not like super short bottoms. I appreciated the communication re ordering and delivery. Thank you
Save yourself the grief of trying to return or exchange the shoddy merchandise that is nothing like what was advertised. They should be banned from Facebook - once they take your money they will never respond to you again.
Oh boy did I make a mistake. The clothes I bought are actually cute but the size chart is totally inaccurate! The clothes were about four sizes smaller than they should have been for the size listed. I am still waiting for a refund. They offered me 20% which is so utterly ridiculous! I am donating the two items to charity so I can at least feel good about that but I sure wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase! Never again.
I ordered middle of February it arrived today.
Absolute rubbish. The material is so cheap. And obviously will not wash well or last long. One item is NOTHING like the picture. Another item is supposed to be extra large it's more like a small.
I would tell anyone NOT to order from this site. Just Cheap Crap.
I would give it a negative review but only allows me to give it a 1. This business is horrible with customer service; will not allow for an email to be sent or respond to messages on fb. Co. Promised shipment within 24 hours after processing(which was done within minutes) and here I am a month later with NO product and no answers
They kept popping up on Facebook, and they definitely have a very nice selection of products but good luck getting your order! I paid a little extra to get it in like 5/7 business days and it's already been almost two weeks, and I only have one item and no indication that any others are on the way! (I ordered 5!) Bathing suits... so it's super disappointing that the days and weeks are going by and we are now in summertime, and no suits to be seen except one ( which I don't love!)! Never again!
I was looking for a comfy and nice garment, to chill at the beach or during the warm weather. The fabric is light, great to feel relaxed when wearing it. I also realized that I looked taller than my actual height, because of its length. I chose the color coffee, and I'm so happy with my purchase!
What is the return address? I understand this company is a sham and wish i had checked into it before ordering. However, at this point i would rather get 60% refund than keep these poorly made swimsuits.

You could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original package. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.
I had never ordered from ModLily before and didn't know what to expect. Everything had been perfect! The feel and fit of the items were spot on, and I'm looking forward to shopping again with ModLily.
I ordered a dress from Modlily about a month ago. I received an email acknowledgement that my payment had been received, and that's the last I've heard. And good luck trying to contact their "customer service." They list a phone number with an incorrect number of digits, and the links to email or live chat go nowhere. Looks like I've been had. I should have done my homework before ordering from this site, because the negative reviews online are innumerable. I'm spreading the word far and wide to avoid this site.
Modlily has an excellent selection or fashionable women's swimwear. Their selection is the best I have seen from most retailers. The products are well made and the fit is a little on the large side. The customer service is excellent however it is mostly done through email. The product I ordered was not available in the size selected so I had to wait a a couple weeks longer to receive the product.
If you're like me and tempted to order from ModLily because you keep seeing those ads with cute looking clothing that looks affordable, DON'T! Don't order from them. I have ordered 2 bathing suits from this place - their first suit fit fine. The second suit, which is exactly the same size, looks like it's been sewn to accommodate a butt that is at LEAST 3 times bigger than my own ample enough butt. In a weak moment, I took another chance and ordered more clothes. That was a month ago, and I still haven't received my package. I expect I will feel completely ripped off once I finally do receive this package. This is yet another lesson to buy local, shop from retailers and manufacturers in your own community and country! I will never EVER buy from this online retailer again.

I placed a order that took a long time to get, once I received it I was back from my vacation, wanted to exchange for a different size! They said it had been past 30 days! Which is bull$#*!! They go by the order date, not when you receive it! Clothing is definitely Chinese made! Quality sucks! If you want cheap clothes at a cheap price without any service order from them! Never any paperwork with your order!
How do you return this junk?
The color of one blouse looked nothing like the picture and even using their measurements it doesn't fit. The other has a sewing defect in it. I want to return them but don't know how as no one seems to respond.

Terrible! I ordered and paid for a swimsuit that never showed up! It's been almost 2 months. You cannot contact them directly. You can send "a ticket". They will reply after a couple of days and tell you each time that it's in transit. That's all you get!

This company is a complete JOKE! If I could give them less then 1 star I would. They delayed shipment with no excuse, sent a damaged/flawed item and would not refund or offer shipping to return. It was their mistake not mine. Do not order. Poor quality, misrepresentation and NO customer service. They do not ship in the timely manner as promised and then the items are defective.
I bought a truly terrible dress from this site. It looked cute in the photo but arrived after almost a month made of cheap rough paper-like fabric and it appears to be hand sewn (in a bad way). I asked to return it and it turns out they're in China, don't speak much English, and have no policy in place for returns. 16 emails later I am giving up and throwing it away. Really shocking way to run a business.
Bought 3 tops it said free shipping over a certain price so was not expecting the extra $25 they put on my order. The tops did come very fast to Australia but for $107 the tops were not what I expected. One I put in the charity bin. The other 2 being the material they used for summer t shirts will make you sweat so much. Why not if they are truely t shirts make them in breathable jersey. What a waste. I've now bought 3 tops from Katie's at a cost of $55 and I KNOW I will wear them.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!

First of all, sorry for any inconvenience that it may bring. We always send orders in the time frame we promised, 1-4 working days, but if you purchased pre-sale item, it takes a much longer time.
The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.
