Clearly Modlily is a bad, thieving company. So glad I googled BEFORE ordering from Modlily! Saved myself a lot of frustration. Shame on anyone giving this sham of a company even a decent review. A single decent review among thousands of negative reviews only makes an individual believe it is a planted false review.
I ordered from Rotita and forgot to change my address. I knew it would not be sent to my new one. Long story. May from Rotita kindly sent me a refund. This was an unexpected happy surprise as it was my fault. Thank you Rotita. You are a wonderful store. I will order again.
I ordered a swimsuit for an upcoming trip 2 months prior. They would not answer any inquiries about the status of the order. I finally sent a cancellation of my order and then they sent me a tracking number right after. Of course the tracking number didn't work. It finally came 2 days before the trip. It looked nothing like the photo. Any of the five star reviews are fake.

First of all, sorry for any inconvenience that it may bring. We always send orders in the time frame we promised, 1-4 working days, but if you purchased pre-sale item, it takes a much longer time.
The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.
I ordered a swimsuit and inadvertently put TWO in the number of items ordered. I Submitted a Ticket to correct that number to ONE ordered and received a response within record time! Renee was awesome in helping me with the problem, and a refund has already been sent to my original payment used. And I just received notice that they expedited my shipment and it's on the way. Kudos to Renee for her excellent, and timely, response!
I submitted an order with Modlily. One of the items was out of stock but they already charged my account. Now it looks like I either have to accept a credit with Modlily or pay to get a refund. Wow! Never again will I order something from them, even it I have a credit.
Modlily has been a great company to order from for me. The clothing I have ordered is always great quality, the size is true to fit. Normally shipping is quick, however my last order was delayed because of Covid shutdown. Customer Service informed me of the delay and kept in touch with me during this delay. I will definitely order again.
Horrible. Clothes were cute, but the sizing was waaaay off, especially if you are a larger size. The returns are ridiculous. In fact, I'll proabably donate the two things I bought rather than go through their mess and get only 60 percent of my money back. I think this is a true Chinese sweatshop scam.
Great site! Items are always nice and stylish. Quality is usually fantastic and shipping is great. The only thing is, sizing can be a bit tricky for certain reason. Just make sure to read the description and refer to the sizing chart. If still not sure, ask the service for help would be a good choice.
Thank you this was my 1st time to order 2 swimsuits online, I was Leary without trying on before I bought, but I so loved the 2 swim dresses I saw on your site. I have to say I made a great decision! So true to size I'm a 12-14,5'5 and ordered XL. OMG! I love the fit, I love the fabric! I Love all the compliments I received from my husband and children when package arrived and I tried them on! This was the two greatest swimsuits I have ever owned at a Faboulous Price. I so much look forward to ordering more clothing wear from Modlily! *Advice for anyone ordering delivery order will take 4-6 weeks standard. So order early if you have an event to attend.
Dont order from here! I ordered a swimsuit they sent it to VA I live in AL! Then i asked them to resend it and they told me i had to pay 40% of the price to have it resent. I am not paying for something i already paid for because they messed it up that's crap! I better get my money or my item or i am going to take Legal action. I will never order from them again!
I ordered a swimsuit from Modlily in spite of the poor reviews. Although there were numerous complaints about slow shipping, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order less than a week later. The disappointment came with sizing. I carefully measured myself and ordered according to their sizing chart. The swimsuit is at least two sizes too small. One more negative-the swim shorts that are half this tankini appear on the model as reaching mid-thigh. Even if they had been the right size, they are not swimshorts at all but simply bathing suit bottoms. Lesson learned, I will pass it along to someone who can wear it.

I ordered a bunch of bathing suits for vacation. One did not come with included swim pantys. Vacation has happened already without being able to wear this suit. Been in contact several times thru chat, email and get no where. Cant return just trying to get the bottoms sent to me Each conversation Im told a ticket is in about issue and someone will contact me. Weeks later nothing! Very irratated
I also bought a swim suite in March still no sign only 20 dollars but if 100 people spent 20dollers they will now have 2k in their pockets just from one advertisement they should be taken off face book

I ordered a cute Christmas the end of October. My credit card was charged Nov. 2nd. It finally arrived today Dec. 18th and is garbage. Super thin cheap material-poorly made. Its ugly. Very disappointed. I kept getting emails about putting in a ticket but was never able to do so. Would never order from them again.

After describing my problem to Oviya, (i. E. no product going on 2 months) she looked at the order number and the tracking number and asked if I wanted a refund. She promptly put the request in for me and stated it would be in my account in 1-3 working days! Thank you Oviya much respect!
Cheap, poor quality, not like picture, sizes not American fits, stains in garments? Stitching zigzag and they trying not to give me 100% refund after I had to pay another $38 to ship stuff back to China. Offered 60-70% if I sent all product back. Did I mention it was sent back in a week of receipt and they have a 30 day policy. Who do I need to report them to? Should not be able to do business in US. I am reporting to BBH.
To be honest, I was skeptic shopping online with Modlily...It was my first time ordering and only bought one item to see how it will of proceed. Everyrhing was to my satisfaction! The quality, the true fit of the clothes, pricing, discounts code and delivery. The bathing suits are amazing! I would recommend this site 100%.
I ordered some shirts and sweaters last January 25,2018, Until now the goods is undelivered. I had it rushed for delivery within 5-7days but after my payment, there was no communications at all. The paypal receipt indicated that there is no shipping advise from merchant
I sent an inquiry on the status of my order but it says the merchant is on holiday so could not give me answer. I told them that I wish to cancel and return my payment but it was just ignored. Until now, there is no update and no delivery of goods and you want me to give a good review in exchange of few dollars coupons?

Ordered a beauitful looking swim suit from Modlily. Thru my ignorance I had no idea I was dealing with a chinese company! IT never came and never came. Was given three dates when to expect. They all came and went. Started with Customer Service, and it was stall, stall, stall, please wait a few more days we are sure it will arrive, we have expediated shipment, contacted shipper, can't make any sense out their tracking for item? Then it turned Ugly with me threatening fraudulent charges thru Chase Credit card, again telling me were processing your refund. Well it never came and never came finally it showed up on my Credit Card. By the way the swim suit never has showed up. Really think twice before you order from these people. Beauitul adds, beautiful clothes, but nothing at your door step... maybe its sitting in one of those container ships off the coast of Long Beach, CA, but on the tracking it has an image of a small airplane so no idea how they ship anything if they really do ship.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
