I had the pleasure to work with Thea in customer service regarding an issue with logging on. System was not allowing me to even after attempting to change password numerous times. Thea was very helpful, patient and kind. Very good customer service received by Thea.
The swimsuit is great but shipping and handling takes too long. It took over a month to receive my order. I like many of the other swimsuits and clothes but I will not order again. The summer will be almost over before I get them
I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered! The item was nothing like the way it looked online. It's a totally different color, the fabric is cheap, and the workmanship is awful. The only place this deserves is the garbage. If there was a zero rating, that's what I'd give it!
I was so disappointed when I received my blouse. It was a pretty blouse but not even close to the size I ordered which was an XL. It was barely a medium. I will never order from them again. The product comes directly from Shanghai China. They need to size their clothes by American people sizes, not a Chinese XL.

Love the clothes & can usually get the size right.

Modlily takes 15 days to ship from China to the United states. That's why it takes so long to receive the merchandise if not paying extra to receive them sooner. And the clothing is cheaply made and looks nothing like it does online! Very disappointed!

The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.

Got a notice with my tracking number that my package was picked up in Coronado, Ca. I live in Wisconsin? Prepared a ticket and after a few messages it was tracked down. Apparently 2 packages had the same tracking numbers. I got my package today, Thursday BIG thank you to May who was a big help and found my package!

I ordered 3 bathing suits, two dresses and two shirts! Everything except the shirts were perfect! Love the dresses, so many compliments! The shirts just didn't look right or fit perfectly so I returned with no problems and money was refunded. I have since ordered 4 more items in the last week!

Overall was great. Liked the styles and selections. Overall they fit to size. You have to get used to using the size charts but once you do it becomes easier. All prises are reasonable. Be smart and wait for the sale. There's always a sale.
Warning! You will not be able to return your items. Just go ahead and try. You cannot get hold of them. Their website return directions are bogus. It is actually impossible to return an item. Their quality is poor. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I ordered a sweater and it is nothing like the photo online. It is made from the strangest fabric and it smelled so bad (plastic) that I had to wash and put it outside to air out. I will be donating it to Goodwill. They may not even want it. Took over a month to receive after ordering.
Love it! True to size, chart is accurate. It is beautiful onVery flattering. Only tunic top, but can be worn over any bathing suit bottoms or shorts. I am so glad I ordered it. There was a slight delay in shipping, got it 2 days later than expected, but it was free shipping so no complaints. I recommend this bathing suit.
Clearly Modlily is a bad, thieving company. So glad I googled BEFORE ordering from Modlily! Saved myself a lot of frustration. Shame on anyone giving this sham of a company even a decent review. A single decent review among thousands of negative reviews only makes an individual believe it is a planted false review.

I ordered from Rotita and forgot to change my address. I knew it would not be sent to my new one. Long story. May from Rotita kindly sent me a refund. This was an unexpected happy surprise as it was my fault. Thank you Rotita. You are a wonderful store. I will order again.
I ordered a swimsuit for an upcoming trip 2 months prior. They would not answer any inquiries about the status of the order. I finally sent a cancellation of my order and then they sent me a tracking number right after. Of course the tracking number didn't work. It finally came 2 days before the trip. It looked nothing like the photo. Any of the five star reviews are fake.
